This my second time stay this Hostel in Hong Kong ! Can’t ask more for this low prices, Les than $15 USD, I got Traveler essential needs, clean bed , clean shower, free toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel…….. I satisfies what I pay for!

I was exhausted when I arrived. I spent about 90 minutes trying to find the Master Inn. It was supposed to be on the 3rd floor at 307. There is no room on the floor marked 307. I checked every other door on the floor and found none marked Master Inn. There was a mailbox on the groundfloor for 307 that said Master Inn. But there nothing on the 3rd floor that corresponded to that address. I also checked floors 4, 5, and 6. I found other people searching for missing guest houses. I got the impression that a number of companies create phoney addresses for guest houses in this building, get paid in advance, and then cannot be found. It seems like a good scam.

어떻게 그런방을 손님에게 내놓을수있는지 의뮤입니다. 교도소 독방보다도 형편없는, 암튼 최악이였고, 3일예약했으나 하루만이용하고다른 데로옮겼습니다. 숙박비가 이중으로들었죠

This is a *very* budget hostel. Very small (slept sideways to not touch walls), not hygienic, bathroom/shower was barely usable, no towel provided "due to sexually transmitted diseases," and noisy because of proximity to neighbors. Might be ok for some, but be forwarned.

The Hostel was old. The rooms were really small. I upgraded to a Twin bed that night and it was typical HK hostel. bathroom had no towels. Never again....

I don't want to be prejudiced, but most people are long-term workers from China, and they talk about it early from the morning to late at night, and they're noisy on the phone, and I smell their meal in the next bed (there is no dining room).

No check in instructions email to me prior to my arrival or no front desk help when I arrived. I assume they want you to call them for information, but if we so not have hk phone, how can we call? The phone is outside but no note to advise you to call with the phone outside. I have to wechat my hk friend to call to get room # and password. The lock is not easy to open, I tried few times to open successfully each time I go to the room. Smaller room than I expected and no tv, good I just only stay for 1 nite.

Stay was awful for the price paid. There was no bath towels, no hot water, no kettle, etc. The location was good and wi-fi was good. Not much else for the price paid. I have stayed in other cheaper locations with better facilities.

予約の案内には15階となっていたので、15階に行ったところ、誰もおらず、たまたま途中でエレベーターが止まった3階にポスターがあったので、降りたらカウンターがあって何とかチェックインできました。部屋は3階でした。最初から3階でチェックインと案内しておいてください。
