部屋も広く、いつも綺麗に清掃されていてとてもよかったです。また利用したいです。

トラムの駅からすぐで、立地がよかった。 スタッフもとても丁寧な対応だった。

Our two nights stay at this hotel was pretty good in terms of comfortability, helpful staff who delivered their with a smile. Yet, maybe due to the fact that we were on 31 floor, the water pressure was not sufficient. As a whole we are very happy with this hotel.

Clean|walkable distances to grab food/shoppings/etc.

立地は非常に良い。ホテル設備も良いが、壁が薄く、隣の部屋の話し声がうるさい時があった（隣部屋の人によりけりだが）。

I like the hotel inside is very quiet

I believe the hotel owner seriously invested on this hotel as I found the materials in use are mostly quality building materials. However, due to aging and maintenance is not followed properly, many areas are found poorly maintained. The hotel has a convenient location close to the core centre of Causeway Bay. Room siza is a bit of small but is still acceptable. The hardware is generally good, but is lack of proper maintenance especially engineering work is way of sub-standard. They can't even did it right for caulking. Check-in process is taking a bit of long if your booking is for more than one room. Staff at the reception is green and cocky and lack of simle when servicing. Housekeeping is pretty good and they offer daily makeup of your room and replacement of linen. The restaurant is decent. Breakfast is basic and breakfast varieties are limited abd are repeating everyday. It is boring. Staff is in general friendly and helpful especially the concierge that they are knowledgeable and positively helpful.

Room is tidy and clean. Simple buffer breakfast but is good enough. Perhaps more cooked veg dish will be better. There is a gap betwwen the local tax being charged, hotel.com indicated around $79 in the invoice but the hotel need to charge $105. The communication between hotel.com and Rosedale hotel need to be improved and rectified.

Food is good.but same food for two days.

Everything ok except it's too crowded with summer travelers and elevator took so long to take most of time , staff are efficient , breakfast is simple but ok , room is fine and well tidy , a bit old building but location is excellent ,

Thank you the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to get me a cab and also loaded my luggages into the car just so I could catch my flight on time. I was really touched by their helpfulness and it makes me want to come back to the hotel. However, the reasons why I might not be going back is because I understand that most buildings in Hongkong are old and there's nothing much you can do about it. But maybe there's a problem with the sewage and even the air ventilation. I say this because after flushing the toilet, the water still looks a little dirty. It has yellowish color doesn't how many times you try to flush it. You won't see clear color and it made me wonder if that's the same condition of the sink water that I used to wash my face and brush my teeth. Anyway, it's either the air quality in Hongkong or the water but my throat was kinda hurting almost like everyday. I noticed alot of people go out and smoke on the street and they always happen to be standing in the wind direction which was very annoying. I hate wearing a mask but I felt like I had to because of how bad the air was. Back to the hotel, I smell food inside my room around 8am everyday and I'm sure it came from the cafeteria downstairs although I've never been down there so I thought I was tripping. But I kept smelling it every morning so then I realized that I wasn't crazy yet. Again, I won't forget that day. The biggest rainstorm in hongkong. Thank you staff!

部屋はキレイです。しかし部屋シャワー水圧が弱い、お湯が出にくいのが残念でした。朝食は野菜のケールとカリカリの焼いたベーコンの提供があり、個人的には嬉しかったです。食については満足でした。
