Menginap 6 malam di Cityview. Bilik itu bersih dan air minuman sentiasa tersedia dari dispenser. Hotel ini berhampiran dengan MTR, hospital, kedai 24 jam dan gerai makanan. Beberapa minit berjalan kaki, anda boleh menemui makanan segera dan kedai makan lain.
Kakitangannya sangat ramah, malah membantu saya memberikan pertolongan cemas selepas saya terjatuh ketika berjalan dalam hujan.
Sangat disyorkan, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya melawat Hong Kong 👍

Saya menginap di The City Hotel Kowloon selama 2 malam. Hotel ini terletak di pusat Hongkong, sangat dekat dengan Stesen MTR Yau Ma Tei. Lokasi yang sibuk, dekat dengan bulatan K, 7/11, KFC, Sneekers Street dan Pasar Wanita. Sangat memuaskan, saya memesan katil berkembar. Ditingkatkan ke Bilik Keluarga. Bilik-bilik bersih, bilik mandi agak luas dan pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik. Pengangkutan mudah untuk bersiar-siar ke bandar, juga ke Lapangan Terbang. Akan senang untuk kembali ke sana jika saya akan kembali melawat Hongkong. Terima kasih.

Le seul problème résidait dans la presence de punaise de lit difficile à déceler en arrivant qui ont gâche le séjour en occasionnant de nombreuses piqures sur les jambes. Ce genre de problème n’est malheureusement pas propre à un hôtel 4 étoiles et devient de plus en plus fréquent malgré un nettoyage minutieux

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the staff for the outstanding service they provided throughout my stay.
Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist, whether in arranging my room change, handling my luggage with care, or offering useful information about transportation and local amenities that truly made this trip a big difference. Their warm demeanour and exceptional dedication are a testament to the hotel’s high standards. However, there was odour smell of sewage system at some places inside hotel. Trust that the management office will follow up the situation promptly.
All in all, I sincerely appreciate all the staff did to make my visit both comfortable and memorable.

First night I found dead cockroach on the carpet. Reported it to the facility manager and they told us to change room for deep cleaning. Asked for compensation and they gave us free upgrade to family room which was huge. Good thing too since we suddenly faced typhoon wipha on 20th July and difficult to go anywhere outside so had to coop up inside the room for most of the day. The hotel staff were very friendly, free drinking water and cold aircon room with huge room size thanks to the free upgrade. Location was perfect since it’s near MTR too. Many eateries and shops too nearby and bus stops are abundant in this area (I have not tried these).

バスタブ付きのお部屋にアップグレードしてくれたそうです。2人2部屋で予約したのですが隣同士の部屋がドアで繋がっており、ドアを開けていれば自由に行き来できるのが便利でした。ラゲージラックや、枕元にコンセントがあって快適でした。駅近でお手頃価格なのにお値段以上でした。

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many amenities and just 2 minutes from the MRT. The staff are friendly and helpful. During Typhoon Wipha (T10) last Sunday, the standard checkout time was 12:00, but they kindly allowed my niece a late checkout, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong.

Our go to accommodation whenever we are in Hong Kong.
Front desk was warm and welcoming. Excellent location with plenty of dining options. Train are about 5/10 mins walk from hotel. Room are clean and spacious. Ladies and Temple market are within walking distance.

It was my first time in Hong Kong. The hotel staff were satisfactory, and the facilities were clean and not bad. The location was also right next to the MRT station, so it was easy to go to both Central and the northern areas. I would choose this hotel again if I go to Hong Kong again.
