Location is excellent next to several dining options, grocery store, financial, transportation. The hard and soft product is exceptional and continues to exceed expectations. Bedroom, bedding, mattress, bathroom shower and to the customer service is top notch. Stayed several times already and is go to HK hotel!

Concierge and room attendant were patient and impeccable. Perhaps it’s the check in and check out hours, front of house/counter team were extremely irritable, did not seem like they wanted to entertain any questions. So to minimise your contact with them, just pay online, drop the deposit online too. If only they’d allow me to check out online.
Otherwise, king bed was perfect, provided pillows with different thickness/softness, bonus if you care, the gym was amazing too.

The Hari staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a GREAT location, close to public transit and so many food options! The room was wonderful and very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Hong Kong!

The Hari Hong Kong deserves excellent ratings. Their staff provided friendly, professional service from the greetings when we first arrived to when we left 13 days later. The entire stay was a good experience. The amenities in the hotel rooms from well-serviced AC, filtered glass bottled waters, to clean marbled showers, etc. were welcomed after long days sightseeing around Hong Kong and day trips into China. The library reception setting allowed for both business and traveler conversations or moments to relax with a cup of tea. It was an enjoyable stay.

New, tastefully designed rooms. Attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to provide and let us enjoy our drink at the lobby reception after they had closed for the day. This is my go-to hotel for travel to Hong Kong.

Wan Chai 역에서 도보로 8분 거리에 위치해 있으며, 주위에 편의시설들이 많아 아침부터 밤까지 생활하기에 편리했다. 특히 도보로 3분 거리에 버스(A11)가 20분 마다 공항으로 출발했기에 마지막날 공항에 가기가 무척이나 편했다.
단지 홍콩에서의 마지막 하루만 이곳에서 묵었기 때문에 호텔을 완벽하게 즐기진 못했지만, 프린터 사용이나 adapter를 요구했을때 친절하게 사용할수 있게 배려해 주었기에 매우 만족했고, 다음에 다시 올수 있다면 이곳에서 숙박을 할 예정이다.

整體體驗非常好
員工也很友善，服務到位
雖然入住的客人很多但是電梯速度很快都不會等太久這一點非常棒
房間隔音也不錯晚上睡覺不會吵
唯獨枕頭有點太軟 其他都很好
附近應有盡有距離時代廣場跟商業大樓也非常的近地段很好 方便

Such a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and in a great location for for Wan Chai Ferry and walks along the harbour. Plenty of excellent local restaurants in the vicinity too. Breakfast in all honesty were fairly good value and the quality of all the food on offer was exceptional.
The staff just couldn’t help enough all along with being polite and courteous constantly.
Cannot wait to return here and will be my default d
stay now in Hong Kong.
