Dash Living on Prat

Located at a very convenient location with easy access to malls, shopping streets and MTR station. Dash Living is a service hotel, rooms are adequately sized with a lot of storage (closets, cabinets). Do note that they only provide fresh change of towels and clearing of rubbish in the rubbish bin daily, with housekeeping only performed once every 7 days. The bed was comfortable and the check-in experience was OK, however the thermostat was not functional and the room temperature was set at a constant 17-18 degrees during December and we were unable to increase the room temperature to a more comfortable heat level.

It was a good hotel, offering room only basis which was what I wanted. It was clean and tidy although the initial room I booked was smaller than expected

Excellent location. Right in the middle of everything. The room is larger than thought with two closets and huge working table. I was there before noon and was able to check in right away. It was only 300 metres to MTR and two minutes walk to K11. My room 1105 the heater not working though, turned it on and got cold air. They do not fix the bed but do change towels daily.

This hotel has really poor service

Stayed here to attend the Hong Kong SVNS at the new stadium. Was less than 20mins door to door. Around the hotel plenty of dining options and take seats including western outlets if that’s what you’re after. Staff are efficient and kind. Room was super clean and user friendly with plenty of storage and good wifi. Would recommend.

清掃がイマイチ。コストカットしているのかハンドタオルやフェイスタオルなし。夜は隣りがバーなので騒ぎ声がうるさい。リッチはいいです。設備も悪くない。水回りもいいです。ドライヤーが洗面台の下でわかり難い。コンセントの位置が悪い。仕事はきっちりやってくれたがフロントが学生のアルバイトみたいで旅行慣れしていないとちょと不安かも。

La chambre était propre mais les couloirs sont horribles.

Franchement j’ai pas du tout aimé, je trouve que c’est tres cher pour ce que c’est Zero isolation, troooop de bruit j’ai pas dormi deux nuitées En plus pour les femmes de menages tous les matins elle font un bruit enorme dans les couloirs insupportable sachant que le menage n’est pas inclus pendant le sejour, zero passage et je trouve ca inadmissible Je ne supporte pas rester dans une chambre ou le menage ne se fait jamais Il font le menage lors du check out / check in Tu dois garder ta poubelle dans la chambre aussi Bref catastrophe Vraiment En plus l’entrée de la reception qui ressemble a un bazar tellement les valises sont partout Ils ont pu quand meme dédié une chambre cachée pour les valises pas la peine de faire une exposition du genre En plus ils acceptent de garder les valises jusqu’à la fin de l’apres midi On etait gelés dans les chambres il faisait hyper froid, j’ai demandé d’ajuster la température il avait mis 26 pour que la température augmente mais rien du tout Les couvertures sont tres légère j’ai demandé une deuxieme couverture et malgres ca il faisait trop froid dans les chambres Une odeur horrible dans les salles de bains Personne pour aider pour les bagages lors du checkin et Check out J’ai pas du tout aimé Pour n’importe quel demande tu dois leur envoyé un whatsapp Bref ca vaut pas le coup du tout

部屋は広くて清潔で良かったが、空調が壊れていたのか暖房を入れると冷風が出るので使えなかった。 洗面台の取っ手が外れていたがとくに不便はなかった。 シャワー室の角の隙間から水が外に漏れ出て洗面所が濡れた。 バスマットとバスタオルは交換され、ゴミは回収されるがベットメイクはされない。 繁華街にあり便利ではあるが、夜遅くまで若者が遊ぶエリアで騒音がうるさい。 リピートはしない。

Excellent area very walkable

The worst "hotel" that we have ever stayed in Hong Kong. Located in a rough and noisy part of TST, the windows are single glazed and provide no sound insulation from the busy street below. We were kept awake by racing drivers revving car engines and horns late into the night and noise from within the property. The lifts, lobby and public areas are rundown with dirty flooring. Despite requesting daily change of towels at check in, this was missed throughout our stay. Luggage is stored in the tiny lobby secured with only an elastic band. With reception staff dressed very casually in shorts/hoodies and the lack of customer service and facilities, it would be more accurate to categorise this place as a hostel rather than a "4 star hotel."

Dash Living on Prat is located in Tsim Sha Tsui and is only 3-4 minutes from MTR station - super convenient. We arrived at late evening (22:00). Security is available but not check-in reception. Check-in is through an iPad with a remote concierge. I was asked to write down my credit card details (including security code) on a paper so that the security took a picture for data input. I have great concern on this process as this implies high security risk on my side. Then, the security gave me back the paper and I found that it was a reused printing with OTHER customer's personal info like name. This implies personal info being leaked. Room was clean. Wall between rooms is not soundproof and I could hear clearly a woman muttering her child (?) one night. Water drainage was slow in shower room. Reported to reception on following morning and got it fixed. (Reception is available during day time). There were noises when while opening and closing the closet (cabinet) - didn't report to hotel. Two elevators are available but speed was very slow. I stayed on 17/F. It took around 2 minutes or so to get down to ground floor. Some customer were not able to get in the elevator because it was full. Staff started cleaning one of the elevators at around 9:30 in the morning. This may even cause longer waiting time for the elevator. Laundry facilities available as mentioned in hotels.com and official site mentioned "complimentary self-laundry" and eventually this is a paid service.

I write this reluctantly because I like this property and all of the rooms I've stayed in until now are great. I usually stay in what they now call Premium Queen. Spacious room big window to city etc, Fell for the description on your web site that there was apparently an upgrade from that. Premier King. What a mistake, Says city view. The view is to plumbing behind the hotel and small alleyway, Says the room is larger. Only the bed is larger the useable space is significantly smaller. But the main thing is it's just weird compared to the nice rooms I've stayed in before. And the room is on the third floor which is the staging area for housekeeping, That would be ok if the hallway carpet were not so stained it again begs the description of Premium to anything on that floor

Very dusty, bed like not clean, our legs became super itchy dont know is bed bugs or what. But location not bad

Everything was very clean, however the room was very small, with smallest double bed I have ever seen or slept on. I am only 5'5, but my feet were hanging off the end of the bed, so you can imagine how this was for my 6'3 husband. Location was great. Communication from the hotel regarding all the streets being closed from 6pm on NYE would have been appreciated as we had to be dropped off, and walk 10 minutes with all our luggage to the hotel.
