Everyone was helpful and very kind and respectful the rooms were at a perfect temperature. I felt cozy and at home overall i felt very welcomed.The view from my room was very beautiful . I had a fantastic stay with my fiance and we would happily return for more visits with them

Hotel staff were really good, nice room, comfortable beds and water fountains on every floor. Loads of lifts. The shuttle bus between the airport and also the local train station was useful, however the shuttle bus to the airport did not run early enough so we got a taxi, 8 mins to airport. Also shuttle bus drivers do not acknowledge your existence and you will have to load your suitcase onto the coach yourself.

The Four Points By Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung is well maintained and front reception ladies are super polite and professional. Room is clean and cozy. Hotel service for guest is fast and efficient; e.g. minutes after calling for a power outlet adaptor, it was sent to the room. So highly recommended!

Disappointing. An airport hotel which doesn't offer breakfast before 6.30am. I had paid for breakfast and had planned to enjoy before 6.45am checkout. I managed to arrange to collect a breakfast box and latte on checkout instead. Waste of time, got a black coffee and 5 small dry pastries that looked like they came off yesterdays buffet. Inedible.

The main reason I booked this airport hotel was for the free airport shuttle. Nowhere on the booking site were the shuttle hours listed. The shuttle only begins to run at 6:45am from the hotel, which means if you have a flight before 9am you are out of luck. Also it was difficult to locate the Sheraton shuttle from the airport terminal.
Suffice it to say an airport hotel should make the shuttle information prominent, hence my 2 star review. It was a waste of money to get this hotel as I had to get a taxi.
The hotel itself was nice.
