La llegada penosa, sin instrucciones de acceso, múltiples llanas al telefono teórico 24/7. Tras 2 horas de incertidumbre finalmente pudimos acceder, cómodo estudio muy buen ubicado

Unfortunately, the real place does not match the photos, I was put in a different apartment of much lower quality, that I wouldn't pay even half of the price for. Look at the photos attached. Surprisingly neither management nor hotels.com couldn't do anything about it. So I call it for what it is - a scam. I would put 0 but I give 2 stars to acknowledge that the time in the other apartment was fine, just present it for what it is.

Appartement parfaitement situé pour visiter Budapest : nous avons tout fait à pieds ou à vélo. Spacieux, propre, bien équipé. La communication avec notre hôtes était très efficace. Un petit problème rencontré (couvercle bouilloire cassé, ça peut arriver) a été pris en compte et réglé immédiatement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The communication with the property was the best I have experienced. Any concerns were addressed immediately and they were extremely fast and kind.

Property is being renovated and the construction noise was a lot first thing in the morning. Really great room with lots of cafes and cars around.

This was the PERFECT Budapest escape flat! Close to everything! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable- the washing machine was a welcome surprise! I would recommend this place so someone visiting Budapest. Eyal was super helpful and sent us the best list of things to do and restaurants- he went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed.

Le quartier est central mais assez sale. L’appartement est bien décoré, mais insuffisamment équipé, logement pour 4, 3 chaises!

The website photos were misleading. The drain had a nasty odor, the AC was great in the kitchen but left to be desired in the bedroom. There is no way to block out the light when you sleep, no curtain or window covering in the bathroom, and no hand towels.

Our stay at the property was good. Although it was advertised on the website as "exclusive" and clean, the reality was quite different. The interior of the house felt cheap with several issues such as a broken partition and loose tiles. Additionally, the amenities were lacking: there were no scissors and only one towel per person. The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which barely had enough power to cool the room. On the positive side, the location was excellent, situated in an area with a good atmosphere and many restaurants and bars. It also had good public transportation connections. The host was very friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, I didn’t like having to communicate directly via WhatsApp or being asked to send my personal details, such as my ID, through that platform.

L'appartement est propre et situé dans un quartier animé. Mais être obligé d'installer une application qui ne fonctionne pas au final, accepter des CGU qui ne sont pas celles d'hôtels.com, échanger sur WhatsApp pour comprendre un minimum ce qu'il faut faire pour arriver après un temps énorme à recevoir un code pour récupérer une carte qui aurait pû être donné dès le départ à raison de la satisfaction globale.

Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale ad Akafca u. Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. Ottima comunicazione con l’host Eyal. Posizione strategica nel quartiere ebraico, per visitare la città ed uscire la sera a divertirsi. Abbiamo fatto molto tardi, tornando a piedi e ci siamo sentite sicure. Monolocale pulitissimo e confortevole. Ci hanno anche fatto tenere i bagagli in un loro ufficio prima del check-in. La navetta per l’aeroporto più vicina è alla fermata Astoria, a 10 min a piedi. Intorno al mono è pieno di locali e posti dove mangiare, persino una Lidl. Non soffermatevi all’androne del palazzo un po’ “confusionario”, stanno facendo dei lavori e quindi migliorerà la situazione senz’altro. Ecco, nonostante i lavori, nessun fastidio ed abbiamo dormito benissimo. Molta luce all’ingresso nonostante fosse un piano terra.

The moment i enter the apartment, two guys was standing inside of the room, super sttange, not to introduce themselves and introduce of room facility. Just left the room. Then i instantly smell strong and stinky piping from the sink. Thd room i booked was also not the same one what i saw. They find excuses they're just follow what BQA told them to prepare, there's nothing they can do. First night at shower, found a crack in shower floor. Which is super dangerous and nearly cut my feet. Next morning, report them and send maintenance, tell us due to put glue at the crack, we cannot use the shower for 24hrs. But apartment owner didn't even try to find another room for staying nor say anything to apologize. Worst case, next day have no water. Keep telling me to be patient and they are under fixing the problem. After 2hrs told us the water piping system was broken. Until 2pm, there're still no water.... Btw, their Whatsapp only use robot to send information, after what have happen. They still ask me when i want to check out, if i enjoy my stay. I'm speechless.... I've experienced bad hotels and apartments, but this one is absolutely extreme. For people who expecting to have parking space, they don't have any parking. The information they provided is fake!! There're no 17euro/day parking!!

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The property is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants, bars and transport. The property is an old building and some is still been renovated but our room was great and clean. The rooms dont get serviced whilst you are there but you can pay 10 euros for this. The host Eyal was very helpful and always got back to us straight away when we needed anything but there is no one on site to help. The aparments are great for the location and price.
