Les appartements se trouvent dans les bâtiments alentours et celui que l'on a eu était très bien entretenu et propre. Cuisine, salon, chambre, salle de bain et toilettes séparées, balcon, l'appartement comprenait même un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Cependant, aucun détergent n'était inclu, ni pour le lave-linge, ni pour le lave-vaisselle. Obligés d'aller acheter des boîtes entières de 20,30,50 pièces, pour 3 jours... Dommage ! Sinon, pas de ménage inclus (c'est en supplément) et ils n'y a pas assez de serviettes, ni aucun torchon pour la cuisine.

Horrible customer service and no accountability. While the hotel itself is relatively clean, the hotel staff is beyond incompetent and does not care about the clients. We booked well in advance the hotel and we specified that we needed access to the room's freezer to store medication that is vital to a family member. They told us in advance that they would be able to do so. However when we arrived, they misplaced the medication and never placed it in the freezer, causing it to go bad. This was very bad as the medication is required for the health of my family member and had the effect of cutting our trip short and we had to spend a lot of money to fly back home earlier than anticipated. When we confronted them, they never took accountability for their actions and never offered us anything more than a cheap 30 euro room upgrade. This was beyond insulting as their error costed us thousands of dollars. They flat out refused to take the blame and never offered us a refund even if it was clearly their fault. They even refused to engage in a dialog with the Hotels.com staff. This sort of behaviour is beyond unacceptable and shows that amateurs run this hotel. I would advice against staying in this hotel as they truly do not care about the wellbeing or their clients and make absolutely no efforts to take accountability and try to resolve truly important health challenges that occur because of their incompetence.

Only issue I had with property is that in morning electrical issue caused WiFi, bathroom light and kitchen area out of electricity and there no emergency contact and office was only available between 10 am to 1 am which I understand is big window but still it's common now most of apartments to provide support 24x7..overall it is great location and flat.

Estadia ótima, fácil acesso ao transporte público ou mesmo a pé para o centro e todos os principais pontos turísticos de Budapeste. Há um shopping há apenas alguns passos e uma Alameda com diversos restaurantes. A hospedagem não é no mesmo prédio onde se faz o check-in mas é muito próximo e não influi em nada. A cozinha é totalmente funcional e não sentimos falta de nenhum equipamento. Voltaremos a nos hospedar neste local certamente.

Greeting and information from staff was helpful and welcoming. The property is a short walk from the metro which made the journey into the centre was easy (15 mins max). The balcony was a nice benefit. Budapest Go app was excellent and well worth setting up before you arrive.

Greeting and information from staff was helpful and welcoming. The property is a short walk from the metro which made the journey into the centre was easy (15 mins max). The balcony was a nice benefit. Budapest Go app was excellent and well worth setting up before you arrive.

Check in was easy, the receptionist was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was an executive one, furnished with all IKEA stuff. It worked well for us and we felt we got good value for money.
