This hotel is an absolutely perfect central location which couldn’t be better. Whilst fairly basic, the room was clean & tidy with comfortable beds, and they added a 3rd bed for one of my children. The bathroom was large with a bath and shower so it had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and had secure storage for our bags on the day we checked out.

Great for the price. I think 500 USD for 4 nights in a major city is a great deal. My room was clean and a decent size for a European hotel. Staff was exceptional! Very friendly but still professional. I had no problems dropping off my luggage early and no problems checking in or out. Coffee in room was instant but that was acceptable to me and it tasted good. All-in-all I had a good experience here.

This is far worse than the 4 stars it advertises. Best to just stay away. The lobby is nice but the million plastic flowers cheapen it. Our room on 4th floor was plain, spartan. An angled roofline took away a lot of space. The bathroom is the worst-designed I have seen: no usable counter space anywhere. Something had been broken off the shower stall wall...looked bad. The towel warming rack had peeling paint. Overall, it was ok but I'm glad I'm gone. I have stayed in many 2-star hotels nicer than this.

Well located hotel, nice but with some faults. The room is very very simple (one bed and one small desk practically), the bed is not too comfy. The gym is symbolic, the sauna was good but not resting area or dipping pool. Breakfast was a good point.

The hotel was very clean as described, however the refrigerator was not working and I had specifically requested a refrigerator in working order for the Insulin I was carrying. When we arrived I noticed the drinks inside were not cold. I turned the temperature to high. We went to dinner in the hotel dining room and the food was very good. When we returned to our room, we got ready for bed and when I checked the temperature of the refrigerator, it was still warm. By this time we are in our night clothes. I attempted to telephone the lobby to let them know about the refrigerator. I must have called them 30 times to no avail. I even called them long distance and no one picked up. At this point I went to the lobby and there were 3 people there. I asked if they ever answered their phones and was told they had answered but couldn’t hear anyone speaking. The gentleman said “sorry”. I asked that they come up and check the refrigerator and he told me that I would have to wait till the morning. I told him this was unacceptable because of my Insulin . He finally asked an older lady to go check on the refrigerator. I also told him the phone was not working. The attendant went upstairs with me and said that the refrigerator or the phone were not operable. She wanted for me to go back down to the lobby and ask for a different room. I told her no. She went downstairs and got the keys for a different room and helped us move to the other room. She first checked that everything was working.
