The apartment was nice and clean. The building that its in is however not nice. I would not recommend this place, nor the area.

The elevator was broken,the range was broken the bed had a hole in it and the staff? Not much help at all had to walk up 4 flights of stairs we are over 65. EXPIDIA DOES NOT HAVE OUR BACK.

Awful! Somebody entered our apartment at 1am with a key card, said they'd been told this was their apartment. They had been remotely told to go and get the master key from a lock box and given our apartment number. Staff were not concerned just said sorry it was a mix up in rooms. Staff also tried to blame the other guests saying it was their fault they entered the room. Also, no staff on site when the master card given out. No check-in information sent prior despite booking stating they would contact 24hrs before. Arrived at 1pm after receiving an email where to check in and my apartment number. Returned at 3pm for check-in, room had not been cleaned since the previous guests (dirty beds, alcohol bottles etc) staff told us to go out or to wait with the cleaner in the dirty apartment around them cleaning. Cleaner arrived as we did. Couldn't get into our apartment until 4pm. Building door code is unreliable and we were stranded outside at 11pm waiting another guest to come out so we could get in, contacted the host and did not get an answer. Bathroom had bugs in the shower and was unclean. Staff were unprofessional. Building itself is very old and rundown - lift is broken, staircase is dark with no light. The apartment doors do not have an internal lock, if the master card is given out anyone can enter. Never known an apartment to give out the master card to guests. Also states housekeeping everyday, nobody came to clean the room/ change towels.

The appartment inside was good, clean. But the appartment complex was not nice. The garbage was kept inside the building so going up the stairs to the appartment was not pleasant. The instruction to get in the building when cheking in after hours can be better. We were trying for 45 min before we got in. The wifi was very poor also.

Amazing host

Was met ontbijt voor 4 dagen, maar hadden 3x ontbijtcoupons gekregen. Reactie van hun was dat ze het snel zouden oplossen, maar helaas. Op zich was het een prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Budapest.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos, mais nous n'avons pas reçu les indications pour rentrer dans l'immeuble et récupérer la clé. Nous avons du appeler à plusieurs reprises pour au bout d'une heure pouvoir rentrer dans le bon appartement. J'avais pourtant bien préciser en amont notre heure d'arrivée.

Clean and modern room. Central location, everything was easily walkable to but also has good transport links nearby. The shower pressure and heat was also good. Bathroom smelt musty. No complementaries such as water, tea etc. We had no remote to the TV, asked twice and still recieved no remote. Ceiling in the bedroom is very low and easy to hit your head, the stairs are also very steep and dangerous as there are no railings on both sides. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Pillows were flat. The lift didn’t work. Chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, there is only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which is in the bathroom, no full length mirror. The room is also smaller than expected, the pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. There are also bins in the entrance which are very smelly and no lights so it is hard to see at night time.

I had to check in late and had trouble getting into the building because the keypad outside did not work. The elevator was broken. Then the hvac didn’t work because there were no batteries in the controller. WiFi did not work. Tv did not work. After hours support couldn’t help much with the issues…

Check in was very chaotic not having received any info upon check in. Garbage in the entry of apartment were really smelly. Once inside everything was perfect

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 dagen gehad met mijn gezin. Het appartement was super schoon en luxe ingericht. Complex met een kitchenette De service en vriendelijkheid was toppunt! Het appartement ligt op een goed locatie voor winkels, restaurants etc.. je kan ook makkelijk lopen naar alle bezienswaardigheden, wij hebben dat gedaan met een kind van 12 dus was prima te doen. Mochten we weer naar Boedapest komen is het zeker waard om terug te komen naar hetzelfde appartement.

There was nothing to dislike. The only critique would be that the elevator was broken and you had to climb 2 long floors by stairs.

The room is okay, staff was helpful but the actual building is in a poor state, lots of rubbish and lift was not working during our 3 nights stay.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Budapest. The apartment was modern and stylish, the entrance may be a bit misleading but once in the apartment it has a very homely feel. Host was friendly and informative and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to family/friends staying in the area!

Appartamento nuovo e accogliente, ben arredato.

Pour être le logement est très bien situé néanmoins ma note est basé sur l'insonorisation, l'accès chambre peu pratique bas de plafond, équipements très sommaire, pas de télécommande malgré mes alertes et les serviettes non présentes que j'ai réclamé. Et chaque, je n'ai pas pu dormir du fait qu'une chambre fermait mal dont entendu tout de l'extérieur. Donc si vous êtes jeunes et que vous voulez sortir c'est le lieu parfait sinon à éviter sauf si il corrige tous l'ensemble. Et je ne parle pas du canapé du salon qui si vous voulez vous coucher, bon courage.

Bel appartement très propre dans un état impeccable mais je suis très déçu car ce n’est pas l’appartement que j’ai réservé sur votre site. Il y a visiblement une mésentente entre vous et le propriétaire des lieux que j’ai eu par Whatsapp. En tous cas, j’ai payé pour un appartement familial plus grand et j’ai eu un petit appartement. De plus, le checkin et le checkout se font par whatsapp, ce qui n’était pas prévu du tout.

Leiligheten hadde bra standard, bygger var heller i dårlig standard. Det var et slitent bygg, med flere skjønnhetsfeil. Det var en kloakklignende lukt i gangen, og ute i gata.

Nice play to stay for a couple of days. Metro,bus at walking distance.

The Apartment location is fantastic. It is in the VII district right at the edge of the V and VI district which puts it right at the heart of all the entertainment and food areas. The staff was very attentive and very nice. The building is old and it shows, the elevator didn't work but my apartment was only on the 2nd floor so it wasn't a big deal. It was clean and bright. The only thing is the bedroom loft has a very low ceiling (under 5'5") so you have to remember to not stand up straight when getting out of bed unless you are under 5'4" or shorter (I banged my head a few times) One more minor thing was that although there is a range there are no pots and pans so you can't actually cook anything. I don't know they have any upon request, I didn't end up asking them since restaurants were quite inexpensive in the city. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.
