Perfect spot for Reykjavik! Close to city center and pick up bus stop 8 - convenient for pick up for tours. Close to everything and clean.

Hotel molto centrale con parcheggio incluso. Colazione abbondante e varia. La nostra camera, al piano terra, aveva una finestra molto piccola e si affacciava sul cortile interno (poca luce ed aerazione). In bagno, probabilmente adatto ai disabili, la doccia non aveva alcun vetro di separazione, quindi ogni volta che veniva utilizzata bagnava le parti adiacenti. Consiglio l’hotel, ma suggerisco una camera diversa dalla vostra.

The hotel sends out an email message before arrival asking about room maintenance i.e. whether you want the room "made up" or not. We indicated that we wanted our beds made every day - that was totally ignored. After complaining at the lobby desk for the two following nights, we finally got the room done on the third night. In other words, the room was not cleaned three of the four days and only receiving new towels once. The room decor was very spartan with little or no normal hotel accommodations such as shelving, comfortable chairs, amenities, decent lighting, safe. Even the television on the wall was positioned poorly as it was parallel to the length of the bed. The reception desk staff was pleasant but none of our requests had any impact e.g. room cleaning, failed to make "wake-up" call, did not fix broken ceiling lamp. The shower stall was open concept with no enclosure such as a shower curtain or door - water sprayed all over. The breakfast was generally good but with little hot food available. The hotel location was central. In general, both the room and the hotel standards were not reflective of the high hotel price.

Room a tad run down and breakfast was disappointing. First in some time no eggs and bacon. Waffles (made yourself) instead? Odd

A very well located but small hotel with efficient staff. Clean and well organised. The interior lighting and decor was on the dark side and the room rather small

The staff was amazing and very attentive. However, the parking could have been better. By the time we drove in from Vic, the parking lot and garage were full.

The property was nice and clean. The breakfast had good options and was delicious. My only complaint is having to use the key for power. I don't like the door having an alarm and making me feel like a criminal just for opening it. Sometimes I need to charge some electronics during the day when I'm gone and I can't do that there. Guests pay a premium to stay there. It's not right to be stingy with the power. Also, fridge might be nice too.

Staff was very accommodating. From the US so room was a little on the small side which was fine for a late night stay. They happily stored our luggage while we toured the city prior to our cruise. Safe and close to shopping.

El personal de servicio es correcto pero tirando a muy seco y cortante. Parece que te están haciendo un favor. Se fue la luz de la habitación y tuve que ir a recepción para avisar. Me dijeron ya lo habías arreglado y ya está, ni una disculpa. Y el desayuno es muy poco variado. No incluye ni lo típico del desayuno continental estándar.

Excellent location between water and shopping district. Excellent restaurants nearby. Fantastic breakfast buffet included with room.

Perfect for a short stay in Reykjavik with a nice breakfast

A little too "modern" with limited area to store luggage, but was very convenient for walking around Reykjavík.

Decent hotel on edge of city centre. Close enough to walk into centre. Rooms fine. Parking bit limited. Great breakfast.

Breakfast included and in case of early departure to airport, they even prepare a breakfast bag available for you at 4AM

I know it was Iceland but not having AC or at least a window big enough to cool the room is totally unacceptable.

Good location. My room was ready early.
