4 Seasons Suites

We are an Indian/New Zealand family of four (two adults, two children) and stayed at Four Seasons for a week. The location was very good - near grocery shops, restaurants, clothes shops, parks. All staff were very polite, helpful and responsive at all times. It was very good to have a family apartment with kitchenette and two TVs where we could spread out. However, a lot of the amenities we expected to find (especially regarding kitchen/laundry) from what we read online weren't as expected, and there had to be a lot of back and forth communication to sort it out. This caused some inconvenience. There was very little printed information in the room so we had to inquire of staff if we had any question rather than do things ourselves if we wanted to. Room service could only happen in the evening, not when we were out during the day. Hotel is advertised as family-friendly but there were loud parties going on in the basement which is hired out for that purpose. We had no problem with the partygoers who were all well behaved, but the music could be heard in some sleeping areas at night (not all). So there was some inconvenience. However, as said above, the staff were all very respectful and helpful. I think the hotel would benefit from reviewing processes around inventory, maintenance, marketing and communication.

Happy with the Bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen options… however the property condition seems to be old. Very noisy upstairs at night and hard for non smokers as lack of ample filters from adjacent corridors
