Aurick Boutique Hotel

This hotel was adequate for my needs. Basic amenities and reasonably clean. Woman at reception seemed confused when we arrived. We had a printout of out 'last minute' booking so not sure why the confusion. We insisted on 2 keys to the room even though they were hesidrnt to give us 2 but my partner needed to go to work so we needed an extra. No toilet paper in bathroom but was provided upon request. TV not working but maintenance came and fixed it. At 3am in the morning our room was accessed by another quest who had just checked in. I woke to the noise of the door opening, he said reception had allocated our room & given the key. He apologised and left. This was a concern to me though as I've travelled alone as a single woman in India before & was glad I had my partner with me this Occassion. Room service food was good & well priced but took a very long time for a sandwich.

Might be one of the few 'four star' hotels in Jaynagar. Staff were very unhospitable. Wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other option. The only plus point is that this hotel is in J.P. nagar. When I had stayed here in Dec 2015 i had a good experience, so I decided to stay here again during my visit this year; it definitely seems like the management has changed, because there is a marked degress in the professionalism of the hotel staff.

I had a good stay at Aurick. The room was clean and the hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Our stay was comfortable with the rooms well maintained. Service was excellent.

We had 2 rooms and spent 2 nights. Staff were not very professional. Did not get room that I had paid for (had asked king beds, got 2 twin beds, when asked to change). One night of the two we spent there was a party on the floor above us, speakers were full blast noise was coming through the doors till 11pm, then guests were yelling in hallway and banging at doors even after that at midnight. Bathroom sink was not draining had to call 4 times and over 1 hour for someone to come. Checkout process was slow as not computerized. All in all it should be a 2 star for locals, not for international guests.

Good room, good shower. Airconditioned. Indian power plug. Good willing service, but often difficult english communication (delivering wrong food). Food was bad, very very small portions.

The hotel was good. Clean and safe. However the staff was absolutely horrible. They kept arguing that I did not have free wifi despite showing them my booking with free wifi. They called me 3 seperate times saying I did not pay even though I showed them my payment and cc receipt. The buffet was bad and all the dishes looked stale. The housekeeping staff threw out my cloth shoe bags saying it was rubbish and the hotel staff just replied with oh well. I would not recommend this hotel because their service is horrive

Hotel is in dirty area off a busy street in India, as is common for this country.

First of all, the WiFi which is stated in the website for this hotel as Complimentary free is not the case when you reach the hotel. It is only 1 hour complimentary for one user as informed by them. This is a pathetic situation when you are going to stay in business hotels. So the price being charged for the level of service provided looks pretty expensive. And upon that you are charged the additional "Service Tax" which is not part of the tax to be collected on behalf of the Government.

Very nice hospitality and courteous treatment by the Hotel staff

The Stay has been quite pleasant, the hotel provides excellent hospitality.

Initially there are some hiccups regarding confirmation of booking as expedia has not informed them well in advance or the hotel had not entered in their system. The staff and managers were very cooperative, particulars Mr David. The restaurant staff are courteous and helpful. We had a nice 5 nights stay and recommend this hotel if you are travelling to jaya agar or J P Nagar.

Nice rooms spacious and clean was on the 4th floor music played at the mask is loud and is a disturbance if in the front facing rooms luckily mine was rear to the road and the noise was less Convenient location to the airport shuttle bus terminus of jayanagar 6th Phase easy availability of transport. Food at the Mask the carribean Chicken was excellent the Ch sizzler was juicy and good Overall experience wonderful

Have great time there. It was in between the city so got no problem
