Hartanah ini menawarkan pengangkutan pindahan dari lapangan terbang dan stesen kereta api (surcaj boleh dikenakan). Untuk pengaturan pengambilan, tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah 48 jam sebelum tiba, menggunakan maklumat hubungan pada pengesahan tempahan. Kakitangan meja hadapan akan menyambut tetamu ketika ketibaan di hartanah. Untuk mendaftar di hartanah ini, tetamu warganegara India mesti menyediakan kad pengenalan bergambar yang sah, yang dikeluarkan oleh Kerajaan India; pengembara yang bukan warganegara India mesti mengemukakan pasport dan visa yang sah.

Do not go here , choose any other place. First of all this is in the middle of nowhere and you reallty dont have anywhere to walk to. The cab prices are fixed and high. Your sleep is going to be zero because front and balcony door have huge gaps so all sounds can be heard and they will talk ,walk and have noises the whole night , when we were here the noise stopped 7 in the morning so we had to leave this hotel after the first night. The hotel promised money back but have not seen it so even that tells me scale of this hotel when they cant even make a normal bank transfer. The breakfast was not eatable.

The room I was given was only for a couple. Whereas I had paid for 3 (a couple n a teenager). The bathrooms were unhygienic n horrible. After much argument I was given a marginally better room with 2single beds. The service was pathetic. There was no running hot water. The food was yucky and the fish was stale. The location is good but the hotel is not well maintainedat all. It's a tacky n shifty place which is not meant for decent people.

I had booked a room online and the room when visited was stinking. When asked the hotel staff they said for the booking you have done this is the room. If you want better room we wil charge extra 750/-. We paid that money and the other room was better for one night stay. I would not suggest this hotel anybody.

Perhaps it was the peak season prices, but this hotel is certainly not worth the rate we paid. But then to add insult to injury, they attempted to charge twice for the extra bed.
