We are very happy with bay watch beach house. Very clean. Generally quiet. Steps are very friendly. My daughter love yard and front porch. First we booked 2 days we extend two more. Base price they charge wealth to stay. Excellent restaurant name Harbour is just less than two minutes walking distance

This resort is located in prime location whic h is nearby to park, beach, railway Station and many restaurants nearby. Also since few rooms only available in this resort you can enjoyyy solely with privacy and enjoy sitting in the corridor simply by watching beautiful rain.

unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The room was noticeably dusty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and comfort of the environment. More concerning was the discovery of bed bugs in the bed The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, offering limited options and lacking in quality. Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements for future guests.

First i wolud like to mention negative points beacuse this is serious concern. 1) There is no power back up. No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family. The bed is full of bedbugs. Could not sleep for whole night. The owner allocated our room before our check out time and kept the luggage in his office without even calling me. The mistake from my end is I paid full amount before checkout time.

Rooms only if you want to a night stay. Not clean place no toilet paper holder even. Did feel like taking shower even. No tea or coffee arrangement in the room. Only good thing is close to beach. Kitchen and breakfast area mosquito etc.

Good location, literally across the road from the main beach, however there is major road construction going on along a large portion of that road. The room was spacious, though basic, good AC and bottled water provided with a water filling station outside too. Cleansiness was okay and hotel water via the geyser was fine. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Complimentary breakfast was good, local Kerala breakfast, or omelette and toast, fruit and tea/coffee. Overall a satisfactory stay.

This is an old property. Bathrooms need renovation. The room is good. Bedsheets are too tiny and don't even fit kids. Wish there is a restaurant attached to the resort. We were promised kerala breakfast, but were served idli and vada, which is our regular breakfast. The location is good... Right in front of the beach.

Mathew, the owner of the property is brilliant, he organised a houseboat for us, he is so helpful, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at since we came to India a month ago
