Best Western Hotel Bliss

Excellent professional staff,prompt service, good food and very friendly people

出張で4泊利用。建物はやや古めだが、部屋は清潔で、シャワー湯量も問題無し。電源、無線LANも備わっているが、冷蔵庫へ無かった。飲用水として毎日２瓶が提供される。交通量の多い道路に面しているが、騒音は安眠を妨げる程ではなかった。朝食には、カレーの他にオムレツやフルーツも供される。

Not according to Best Western standards. Rooms are extremely tiny and bathroom condition was more worst. You need to squeeze yourself in the corner to enter and come out from the washroom. Hotel charges very high amount for these tiny rooms and washrooms. This hotel is a complete waste of money. Stay away from these scammers. After check in I have received a call from front desk and they asked me to provide local address. I have already told them I am a foreign national I don’t have any local address. But they were not ready to listen to me. Their staff is completely illiterate, they are not aware about foreign nationals check in policy. We stayed for 6 nights. Every night there were wedding parties in the hotel. People were using big speakers and playing music on the floor during night. Area around the hotel is extremely polluted and crowded. Not a right choice to stay in this property. I will not stay here again and I will not suggest my friends and family members to stay in this fraud hotel. Waste of money.

There were major issues checking in ...we came from delhi and they did not let us check in to the hotel

Employees are very kind even bell boy, no problem at all to intercommunicate. All speak English very well. Rooms are outstandingly clean and new. Security is safe, seems the small parking lot is shared with police, so many police officers are seen. Located in the main load of the city, so convenient to go out. Totally recommendable.

It was very nice and clean. The ppl work in the hotel were so kind as well. Strongly recommend this hotel :)

Good hotel but price is a little bit high. Staffs were awesome, specially supporting staffs. Service was good. Good hotel for this area where options are low.

Front desk: Staff was courteous, prompt & helpful. Room: Was big, but was claustrophobic since it had no windows Room service: Prompt, but goofed up on food order (didn't get the items specified in the menu + forgot my specific request). Food: All items ordered were tasty. Breakfast area: Was in the basement, so had no windows. Was poorly lit.

We had a very good stay, found the staff courteous and helpful throughout, thought the restaurant very good indeed. Would certainly book in again when next visiting.

Overall the hotel is fine for business traveler. They cater to weddings which make stay in hotel uncomfortable for other guests due to loud music it is difficult to sleep. Buffet break fast is average they should add more food choice.
