Resort is good and so is the management. Food quality is average and take a little longer than usual. Wifi, SPA, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, billiards, carrom, TT, Fuzz Ball and everything in good shape. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Have a very romantic ambience at night. They also plan activities like treks, live music, tambola, dance floor with DJ. Will surely visit again

The resort and the facilities were excellent. Food was great Minus point was the unfriendliness of front office staff when we checked in (We had some anomalies in our booking which could have been resolved in a more polite way). It took some time for us to get over this unpleasant incident.

We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was friendly and the massage was really good as well. Highly recommend if you're spending a couple of days here. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating with travel help and anything else we needed.

The hotel receptionist was not well trained as she din know the how to deal with the customers and also when the rooms were available they denied it..and later offered us with some other vacant rooms but the manager was really helpful and he did organise the same room somehow which we booked as there was a lot of confusions for one room booked by two different customers..also the service is real slow..but the oak suite was fab..nice n cozy😊

View from Cottages is great. Very well maintained property. Good Swimming Pool and activities. Our group had 3 toddlers and the Children's play room was good and adequate. The hotel can perhaps have more activities for 10+ year old kids. Staff was efficient and the reception team was quick to check-in and check-out.
