Castle International Premium Hotel

Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. They provided me already used and dirty blanket, bed sheets and pillow covers. It was clearly visible that they hadn't cleaned rooms after last guest. Since we were very tired after travelling and wanted to sleep, we got pissed off by the condition of our rooms. There was suffocated bad smell was coming from rooms by which we got headache. Next day we went out for site seeing and spent entire day out and returned back in evening. Again there was another issue waiting for us. There was no water in all rooms of hotel. We wanted to get refreshed, but no water. We started waiting for water and it came at around 1:30 AM in night. Since I have decided that I will never stay in hotel ever again. i would like to suggest and recommend all other tourists that please never prefer this hotel at least. They will cheat you by showing nice photoshopped pics and will take the rooms charges at the time of check-in only so that later on if you have any complain then you can't do anything because you have already got fooled by hotel management.

The stuff was able to deliver the highest level of service, they where very corporative.
