My assessment of the Hotel is as follows: Pros Near to beautiful Baga beach (2 mins walk) Near to Nightlife places Good restaurants around Good and clean pool Cons Average breakfast We didn't eat much at Hotel as there are plenty of options around. Overall nice Hotel which gives you best of both worlds.

We stayed there for 3D3N. + Location is unbeatable. + Taxi, Rental Car & Bike is readily available + Good restautants and food courts nearby. + Staff is friendly and helpful. + Room service is quick and good. - Bathroom is really really small. Biggest drawback. - A bit overpriced, but worth staying. Overall...Recommended!

Beautiful hotel, just afew meters from beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and medical facilities(dentist, GP, Pharmacies) Good service. Not mcuh choice in Goan food and continental food is OK.

Pros Well located Safe and secure Decent food Nearby to beach having access directly Close to Tito lane Taxi etc available right at gate Copious eat outs nearby Cons Not value for money. The room are spartan for the price charged. There are other properties that can offer more luxurious facilities. We got a room that was in one corner beside the pool. Though we asked for a change it was not addressed. There are other rooms with garden views which are better. Be careful to choose and insist the right room. We made a special request... We booked for 4 nights... However due to some unavoidable reasons, we could not join in on day 1. We joined on day 2 and asked for not charging for day 1 and the request was flatly denied. I thought some consideration could be given to this. Pool is neat and clean but water has a funny taste..

If you are senior 60+ traveller who enjoys spending time alone this hotel is your choice. Security guards everywhere making sure you wont bring even relatives to hotel premises. I have never been in a hotel that doesnt allow any visitors even to use washroom before going out to dinner. Felt more like a prison than a hotel. I recommend to avoid this "hotel" because of the "no visitors" rule.

Best thing about this hotel is that it at walking distance from baga beach. Some of rooms are at very good location and are in good condition but some rooms are full of seepage. Either pray to God :) or negotiate in advance to get a good room otherwise management hardly care about changing you room. They didn't changed for us even after some room got vacated at the same night (we checked-in). If you are night party freak then it room location may spoil your holiday because their are some cocks (yes, you got it right) in nearby locality (if you didn't get a room at good location), who will make you wake up at 5 AM (literally). But don't worry they will not charge for this unwanted free morning alarm ;), otherwise they will charge for everything, yes even for wifi in room (came-on folks, which hotel with10000/night room price charges for it).
