I was not expecting how convenient, yet how quiet this hotel was. It’s a short walk to Jantar Mantar, the Metro, and great Indian shopping, yet set in a very quiet green neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast.

Pour ma part je n'ai rien de mauvais à dire. Tout était super ! Sauf peut être le petit déjeuner est limite . La chambre très bien, le personnels idem. Très content d'avoir réservé dans cette hôtel.

The lock was not working on the doors we had to get a staff member to open it. The restaurant cleaniless has lot to be desired found hair in the food.poor service. Mr Thakur the manager had attitude ..no manners ..what so ever ...v v unprofessional.... Will never stay here again very dissatisfied with the room ..requested two beds ...was not provided for an executive room it was disgusting. No apology from the manager for inconvenience...no compensation ...no customer care ....they are a fraud set up fool their customers and cheat .....

Good location. Room was an airless windowless box. Like all Indian hotels it was worn out and ingrained dirt. The Expedia photographs show a decent room with windows and space what I got was room 202 and my pal 402. Both windowless boxes. The catering was awful unless you want some ghastly green brown liquid curry for breakfast.DIY toast was the best on offer for Europeans.

Amazing staff, accommodated our needs immediately. Check in and check out services were smooth. Breakfast option is really good and staff upstairs is helpful. Offered cleaning services daily. Tipping culture is aggressive, as a visitor we should not feel obligated to tip, nor should we be asked to tip more.

Floors were full of old crumbs which attracted lots ants. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The best thing is that the hotel is steps away from the Golden Temple. Convenient location makes for easy walking to shopping areas. Vegan food options were not quite available in the area as much as I would have liked. We had to Tuk Tuk to a semi vegan restaurant 20 minutes away from the hotel…all in all, very conveniently located.

Gave us a room without cleaning it. Bedding was very dirty and after asking five times waiting for 6 hours and someone finally gave us a different bedding which I changed myself. Terrible place to spend so much money. I realized there was much better hotel’s available for the same price if I would have gone and booked in person rather then using Expedia.

Besides the location, which is around 100m from Harmandir Sahib, everything else was substandard. Friendly staff, but slow in action. They accommodated early check in for us, but room was not entirely cleaned till end of day. Linen and bed was not changed. Breakfast selection same across 2 days and not on time. Deluxe room pretty small. Summary - definitely not worth the 4 star rating.

Second stay at thius hotel, was upgraded free to an executive room with complimentary snacks/water and a lovely welcoming tea! Very clean quiet rooms/aircon/heat/wifi all worked perfect great hot water shower /great breakfast Lovely staff especially Bhumika who has excellent personal skills, so helpful friendly and professional (Manager don't let Bhumika go) So close to Golden Temple My review is an Honest real review !

Besides the location, which is around 100m from Harmandir Sahib, everything else was substandard. Friendly staff, but slow in action. They accommodated early check in for us, but room was not entirely cleaned till end of day. Linen and bed was not changed. Breakfast selection same across 2 days and not on time. Deluxe room pretty small. Summary - definitely not worth the 4 star rating.

This is not a hotel by any standard. if anything its a cheap 1* basic accommodation. This place is unhygienic, dirty and you can literally smell pee in toilet and bathroom absolutely disgusting and the price was $110 per night did not expect this at all …

Second stay at thius hotel, was upgraded free to an executive room with complimentary snacks/water and a lovely welcoming tea! Very clean quiet rooms/aircon/heat/wifi all worked perfect great hot water shower /great breakfast Lovely staff especially Bhumika who has excellent personal skills, so helpful friendly and professional (Manager don't let Bhumika go) So close to Golden Temple My review is an Honest real review !
