Incredibly relaxing!

Tyvärr sunkigt boende, ofräscht men toppenläge direkt på stranden. Personalen var bra och hade fin service. Vi betalade dyrt för något vi trodde var mycket bättre.

Fairly new setup and work in progress as this is a seasonal setup so teething issues relating to AC and lights were there but were resolved. Room location was great and beach access is simply amazing

I booked the Seaview room which was the most expensive option but I was given a large room right at the back near the road. As I was only here for a few days and the rooms at the front Iwere clearly let to someone else I didn’t bother complaining as I didn’t want to ruin my holiday In hindsight I should’ve complained bu in hindsight I should have complained

Cuba Agonda comporte environ une quinzaine de bungalows dont certains avec vue sur la mer ce qui était notre cas. L accueil du manager et du personnel à été très agréable. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Des transats sont à disposition sur la olage. Nous avons passé 17 jours magnifiques dans cet établissement.

We had a really nice stay at Cuba Agonda and will come back soon! The stuff is extremely nice and dedicated to make you feel at ease! The hotel is directly on the beach and has big panorama windows. Apart from the week Wi-Fi connection there is really nothing to criticize. We would always recommend it!

Arriving in Agonda at Cuba after a long distance flight is a bliss. Serenity and peacefulness at its best. Calm, beautiful and wonderful spacious bungalows right on beach front was amazing. We relaxed the minute we sat foot at Cuba in Agonda. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and you still have your own space with relaxation and privacy. Great energy and very rejuvenating place.

Didn't get sea facing hut Should just rock up and choose accommodation it's a third of the price

People booking ocean view rooms at a hotel with online photos like this one expect ocean front or clear unobstructed views. When I complained upon check-in that one could only see the ocean from my recessed room by standing at the window and looking 45 degrees through a restaurant, the staff responded that most clients checking into such rooms also complain. They insisted that the customers are at fault in not opting for "ocean front" rooms (all of which were full during my stay), typically shown on a subsequent web page. "Honesty is the best policy" and management should spare its staff and customers disappointment and wasted time by representing its de facto non ocean view rooms as "Partial Sea View" or "Obstructed Sea View". On the positive side, staff was responsive, breakfast was good, and I had an extremely delicious dinner of fresh Pomfret fish in their restaurant. Further negatives, there were excessively frequent power failures that weren't promptly fixed, resulting in loss of wifi and having to leave for a day of sightseeing with phone and camera uncharged. The floor of the large 3 by five meter bathroom lacked any slope or enclosure to direct water from the shower to the drain, requiring that the hotel leave a window wiping "squeegie" on a long handle in the bathroom, to keep the floor reasonably dry. Although the staff were nice and my stay pleasant enough, I think next time I'll try another ptoperty on this wonderful beach.

Very decent hotel with great location. Right on the beach. Staff if co-operative and nice. Food is good. Lovely and simple setup. Loved my stay at Cuba. Cottages are very spacious and clean. Agonda is a laid-back place as a whole. Very quite. Recommended to hire a vehicle before hand as the transportation is very limited. Hence prices are high. No party places until 7 feb atleast. If you want to have a quite, relaxing stay with some good food ..stay at Cuba.

Had a good stay, the huts are bang on the beach. Overall good ambience and warm staff.

Sun, surf, walking along the beach, quiet, clean environment, support services available on the beach road behind the hotel, WIFI at dial-up speeds available for emergency e-mails. The week was idyllic.

Fantastisk strand! Somnade och vaknade till vågskvalp. Själva boendet skulle ha kunnat vara super...men underhållet på boendet och området ligger efter då städning och service är bra. Uppfräschning av stugor och andra faciliteter skulle ge Cuba Agonda ett betydligt högre betyg. Erik och Maria

We stayed here for 2 nights in March and would highly recommend the Cuba. It's in a very peaceful location and the staff were really friendly. The beach is beautiful and really clean. we had a deluxe hut with A/C and to be honest the only thing wrong was the metal bed was really squeaky on our first night and woke us up quite a bit ( not good for a honeymoon :-)) but the ladies who cleaned the following morning tightened all the screws and it was slightly better. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful location right on the calm Beach. Be sure to get a "Facing" room, as we originally booked non-facing (without knowing), and the bungalows were facing the busy road instead of the beautiful Beach. Had to pay quite a lot extra to get the "facing" room wich we thought we already had. Luckily they were not already booked because we pre-paid so couldnt change hotels. The "non-facing" rooms i would not stay in, warm, busy, noisy. The difference is huge!

Location is right on the beach, you can just walk out of your room into the sea beach. Facilities are great (showers etc). Food is not good here but that's not a problem because the beach is lined up with hotels and restaurant. The beach is very nice with not too much crowd. Downside: no room service (nobody picks up the calls), but that shouldn't be much of a problem since everything is steps away

Wir waren Mitte März 2013 im Cuba Agonda und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die einfachen und zweckmäßigen Bungalows waren sauber und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im hauseigenen Strandrestaurant war sehr gut. Das Motto des Hauses: "Cuba Agonda, where time takes a break" hat seinem Namen alle Ehre gemacht. Die direkte Strandlage, die ruhige Umgebung und die angenehmen Menschen haben sehr dazu beigetragen.

Так написано на вывеске этого отеля. Но любителям "глубокого" комфорта не рекомендую вообще,поскольку это трудно назвать отелем. Просто ряд фанерных бунгало-домиков на сваях,где из щелей светится солнечный свет. Тем не менее,внутри есть все- добротная кровать,стол,вентилятор,кондиционер(правда,тарахтит,как трактор),большая ванная комната,установлен бойлер,очень хорошая и чистая вода. Но все очнеь просто без каких-либо изысков и наворотов. Т.е. две звезды оправдываются полностью. Но,с другой стороны,очень уютно,очень тихо,минимум народу,никаких тусовок. Только шум прибоя и пение птиц. Ну о пляже отдельный разговор. Широкий и длинный,людей почти нет. Чисто,несмотря на присутствие иногда коров и обилие отельных собак,которые блюдут свою территорию,но к людям относятся с тем же буддийским спокойствием,что и местные жители. В общем,это отель не для гурманов пресловутого комфорта,а для гурманов тишины,покоя и разумного комфорта. Мне очень понравилось
