We stayed at the Evershine resort for two nights! The property.is exvellent and wvey nook and cranny of the place is tended to with love and care! The room we had was excellent with all the expected amenities.. including a smart televisob and universal sockets. The amenities were wonderful! We the pool table, table twnnis and carrom. Although we didnt have time on this ocassion, we are certainly looking forward to exploring their spa the next time! We did tour it and it looked inviting with the treatments offered. We enjoyed a cool night on yhe lawn outside for dinner with live music! The breakfast buffet has options for everyone and the high tea was a nice touch! The staff is very helpful,knowledgable and courteous! We would definitely like to visit this property again and would highly recommend it to other fellow travellers! Thank you Evershine, for a wonderful stay!

The hotel ambience is pretty good. There are many outdoor activities. Indoor games are available too. Rooms are renovated with balcony attached. Breakfast spread is pretty awesome, taste and quantity upto the mark. Very well organized. We enjoyed our stay. Surely, visit again.

Set in the backdrop of calm and serene nature it's worth while to spend day or so in it. It is one of the best properties I have seen. The food is great The most awful part is that the staff at the reception is immature, unprofessional, poor communication skills , unplanned and poorly equipped in handling the guests and seemingly always confused . The same is true in the restaurants where the staff is truly unprofessional. They are good and polite but don't know their job. They need lot of training so as to serve with grace and smile

Booking experience through the hotel was bad no one answers the hotel phoneline at the first go, have to call 5-10 times then the phone is answered. We booked our stay through hotels.com , from 2nd,mar 2022- 5th Mar, 2022, the room we were allocated was in a bad condition(room no.240), the ac didn't function properly, the sliding doors with the mosquito net was almost about to come of the channel, the bedsheets were with the lints on then would pinch the skin. Then we moved to another room( room no.244) at midnight and the wifi didn't work. The service of staff/waiters at the mad smokehouse and adjoining outdoor seating restaurant was very bad as there only one waiter given the duty of both the areas.. Very disappointing service makes you feel neglected as guests staying at the property. Though the in-room dining service was good and food orderes came quickly.

This was my third Stay at the property. This has become a fixture for family visits to Mahabaleshwar. This property tops even Le Meridian when it comes to amenities and facilities for Kids entertainment. Only flaw if I may point out is Food variety on the premise where Mad House Grill can have bit more options with reasonable rates. One thing which is constant with this Property is well trained Staff and Everytime we find new staff members providing high quality of service. This time it was Me Paritosh and Mr Sourav who were very considerate and made us feel at ease.

The bedding needs to be improved. You can literally feel the coil springs while sleeping. Also, the staff doesn't seem to be courteous enough. We arrive there after a long drive and wanted to take a nap after checking in. The housekeeping staff continuously kept slamming other room doors and talking loudly in the corridor. The food could've done with some more spices as it was bland really bland. Other than that, the stay, location etc was good.

This was my third Stay at the property. This has become a fixture for family visits to Mahabaleshwar. This property tops even Le Meridian when it comes to amenities and facilities for Kids entertainment. Only flaw if I may point out is Food variety on the premise where Mad House Grill can have bit more options with reasonable rates. One thing which is constant with this Property is well trained Staff and Everytime we find new staff members providing high quality of service. This time it was Me Paritosh and Mr Sourav who were very considerate and made us feel at ease.

Hotels.com verified review

The bedding needs to be improved. You can literally feel the coil springs while sleeping. Also, the staff doesn't seem to be courteous enough. We arrive there after a long drive and wanted to take a nap after checking in. The housekeeping staff continuously kept slamming other room doors and talking loudly in the corridor. The food could've done with some more spices as it was bland really bland. Other than that, the stay, location etc was good.
