Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur

Hotel was outdated and it was not a welcoming start of a vacation holiday. The aging hotel needs improvement on many aspects. We were really disappointed with our both of the rooms as it was not upto the Marriott standards. My first room sofa had a big stain on it and the beds were horrible. We booked king sized beds for both of the rooms and the worst part is hotel is using two single queen beds to make it look like king. The rooms had very poor lighting and not bright enough, which made the rooms feel dark and uncomfortable. Washrooms were so suffocating and no exhausts available. The condition of the room caused a severe anxiety for me as it felt like a health and cleanliness problem. I tried to discuss the situation with the Duty Manager, I guess his name was Veerain and he was completely unhelpful, he said you have booked the Fairfield Marriott it’s not the Marriott property that you’re expecting. After some discussion he agreed to show us an another room that was slightly bigger in space but the same setup and poor lighting. I asked him if it’s possible I would like to check out right away and book somewhere else as this hotel is giving me anxiety. He clearly said no that he won’t be able to cancel my booking. I told him we haven’t even used anything and we just checked in, as it’s effecting my health but he didn’t care at all. At this point I tried to reach out to Expedia to ask for help, they contacted hotel but Veerain refused to cancel my booking and offered me one

Inconsistent service. Traveled with family, had four rooms. Some issues with cleanliness of rooms on arrival, this was resolved promptly. Breakfast was decent on some days bad on others. Food arrived cold after delay. Skip the restaurant, terrible service. Bar service and drinks were good.

We found the place very comfortable. Everything was very nice. Front office staff were very welcoming. Krishna was very polite and helpful at the time of checking in. Excellent stay

Overall good hotel and location for our visit.

Room needs maintenance. There was lot of confusion created by the staff for our three rook checkin. They gave just one key first, then kept us waiting for the other two for another hour. Then I had to go down to reception multiple times to get the other keys. Food was really good though.

Exceptional dining experience at Fairfield Marriott Jodhpur, Kudos to the chef who was there on floor take the experience next level. The food was delicious, showcasing local flavours, and the service was outstanding, would mention the efforts by Mr Suraj Kumar, Asst F&B & his team, who made our trip more memorable, Highly recommend the property.

We visited this hotel as part of a tour. They provided an amazing welcome and also celebrated our anniversary really well. The room, people and breakfast was to point and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Rooms are not great and the staffs are not very professional but the restaurant in the property is good.

Property was nice with great staff. Room prices were little high as this property was far away from main city.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly but we did find mold in the bathroom. There was also a musty smell in the room.

We had celebrated our parent anniversary, the arrangement was fantastic. Staff was super friendly especially Dev, with different able senior citizens they had taken well care.

Hotel is nice. Mattress needs replacement. Area around the hotel is bit dirty. Restaurant is great with great service.

slept in too cold room. AC control did not work properly. Had to ask for heater which they provided promptly. Too expensive for the room size/Type and location. Most important- Elevator door closes too fast and abruptly. Unsafe. Management must look in to it.
