Excellent service and food. Rooms are decent and clean. Roof top setup with bar is really great for small party.

Great place to stay

Had an issue with the safe in my room which would not open when we came back to the hotel.It was resolved after attempts by 3 different employees. Staff were very polite and the food was amazing.

My expeience in Glades hotel is pretty good, everyting was ok. so highly reccomended

Check out time is 10:00AM and same as end of breakfast. Would be nice and more convenient for a 11:00AM check out time as will not require guests to pack carry luggage to dining hall.

Bell Boy was very slow in coming..Bathrooms need showr curtain..Food was good

Wonderful hotel. The food is excellent, the staff very professional. The hotel has a very nice rooftop terrace / restaurant.

The hotel was easy for drivers to find. Many of the staff spoke english. The room was very comfortable. The walls were a bit dirty. The neighborhood was initially questionable; then I realized that everywhere in the city was "questionable." I enjoyed the view of the temple across the street. There are shops and grocery stores just a short walk down the road. When I return to the city, I'd love to stay here again.

Drain choking and making noise. Cows and dogs a bit loud outside.

Arrived in chandigarh at 4 am but hotel staff welcomed me to wait in their restaurant till their room was ready. For my next trip to Delhi they organised a taxi at a reasonable fee. All I needed then was fulfilled effortlessly by the hotel staff.

Glades Hotel is well set up with comfortable rooms and well run Bar/Restaurant. There are shops nearby selling a great variety food including cashew nuts etc. There is a Hospital opposite.

It was overall a good experience. My only complain is that I reached a few hours early and they gave me a room but charged me extra for a whole day. I have stayed in other hotels in Mohali and have reached early at other places before. If they have a room available, they usually give it to me for no extra charge. I travel worldwide and have never paid extra for reaching early and paying for a whole day for a few extra hours of stay. BTW my hotel was booked and paid for thru Expedia for 2 days and ended up paying for three. I got a feeling that they knew I had been traveling all nite and was tired and didn't care. I also got a feeling that they knew I was visiting from the USA and was an easy target. I was a little ticked. I reached Munich, Germany four days later. Once again I reached almost 6 hours early. The hotel staff gave me a clean room without any extra charges.

Glades is a nice hotel. My work was in Chandigarh, I still chose this hotel since it had excellent reviews. I was skeptical - Staying in Mohali! However, Chandigarh is a city of really small distances. We reached Sector 17 so quickly and all places are just a short drive away. What makes Glades special its smallness. It is Clean, has well-appointed rooms, The Kitchen is good. We had one lunch and one breakfast. Both were nice! I recommend this place. The staff is most helpful.

Great stay!

We stayed in 7 rooms, all rooms were very clean and well appointed. Service staff were very helpful and friendly. Foods served in the restaurant were delicious. Great value for money. All of us were happy with our stay in Glades Hotel.
