The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room despicable, and the photos on expedia look like they’ve been photoshopped and enhanced. In reality, they are dirty and unkempt. The air conditioning was not working and I had to request the receptionist (who was least bothered) several times for him to actually take any action and provide me with a remote. I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes.

I wonder that how these hotels make on online websites like Hotels.com, I mean they don't have basic facilities, the AC was not working, the Wifi was not working they said we don't pay invoice for online booking and so on. It's was wearied experience overall.

My overall experience of staying at this hotel was horrible. The rooms were very average. The towels were stained not even fit to clean the floor. I generally feel that hotels treat the customers different when booked through sites like hotels.com. May be that we got a better deal than a direct approach? For everything I had to beg at this hotel. Service ? The receptionist were discourteous to answer. No replies. Everybody spoke only Kannada.

Mattress over double bed is not single continuous sheet. They have joined two single beds & two different mattresses to make kind size bed. Because of that, there will always be a gap between two mattresses which is not at all comfortable. Rest of the this are manageable.

The only good thing i can say is that the shower was nice and hot. The reception staff were very unhelpful asked them for a pick up from the airport which it states that they will do this for you and we were told abruptly to get 1 from the airport. Then when we left ordered a taxi for the airport for 10:30 the next morning they failed to do this and when i asked where it was they knew nothing about it and said i had not ordered it. They asked for a comment in their guest book i just wrote RUBBISH!!!!!!!!

The hotel is strictly for stay purpose as it does not have a Kitchen. Food needs to be ordered from nearby restaurants. The advantage of the hotel is of being close to the city railway and Bus station and it is in a lane of reputed hotels.
