Location is central , Hotel staff pleasing & helpful. Service is excellent & back office staff very helpfull . Rooms interior is good. The mattress comfort needs to be changed , infect they needs to be replaced with better one. Food is good

The hotel said they do not have a reservation for us, in spite of showing a confirmation no. Eventually, a room was offered, saying there had been some cancellation. The room offered to us had an issue with the drainage in the tub, therefore we were asked to bathe outside the tub using the bucket. The roof of the bathroom looked dilapidated. The location is a positive.

We booked for four nights around New Years Eve. The price of the stay was a way over the top for its value. Good location. The lobby and restaurant look nice but the hallways on other floors look crapy and even a bit scary! It needs to be renovated urgently! We found 2 cocroaches in our bedroom... And there was probably more hidding. The breakfast is complementary and quite good.
