Small room different that uSA holiday inn express. Water spilling over to living room from shower.

With the ongoing construction, the entrance for guests did not appear to be safe. Super friendly staff that helped resolve all issues such as low safe battery, timely room cleaning and resolving flush issues. Comfortable room in Chennai heat with air conditioned room with good temperature control. Average breakfast options compared to other hotels.

We booked for one week. First day couple of issue clean less, toilet not flushing, staff not helping. We had to check out next day

Very nice hotel, with excellent breakfast.

I was staying at this property over 14 days. When ask about offer of 10 nights stay is one night free and the front desk employee answered irresponsibly and disrespectful. So I asked him i want to talk to the Manager and he said that for his status he won't talk to the guest. It's very aweful and ridiculous i never heard this kind of attitude 35 years i am international traveler and stayed many five star, choice hotels and IHG group of hotels. 3 to 4 months I stay inernationally and i am a canadian as well. So the employees and the Manager assuming that they are from kings palace. If the guests like me disappointed and we never choose the IHG groups and go somewhere else. I choose a hotels not less than 5 star and i spend CAD$20 K per year just for hotels.

We spent a night here as part of a longer trip. Overall our experience was really good. The room was spotless, super comfortable bed, fridge, and delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The manager is also very kind and makes sure that he creates the best experience for hotel guests. A short trip from the Chennai airport, but well worth it.

this place smelled a lot, the rooms are damp, and poorly designed. everything stank from the front desk to the rooms, lots of water damages and leakages in the rooms.

The hotel is on the OMR. That is convenient for travel. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was included, and it was good - basic South Indian, plus some bread and pastries. They had egg and sausage too. The room size is small for a queen bed - kind of Euro-model. If you compare the price, it is all ok. So, don't expect a full Holiday Inn Express. There is a huge metro rail construction going on. That adds travel time during peak hours. The paint smell all over the building is a bit too much. You will get used to it if you stay two or more days.

Make sure you put airport transportation available on your website A lot of youth activity going on Poor dinner and hygiene
