The hotel is located very close to the temple but bit away from the busy street close to the temple. This was a welcome grace for us to avoid the rush while just strolling in the night or morning. The rooms were very clean and had no bad odour. When we checked-in all staff at reception as well as the bell boy was very courteous and extended a warm welcome. The room was readily available at check-in. There was no issues faced. Those who visit Shirdi by Neeta Buses will find this hotel conveniently located as it is just few mins walking distance from the drop and pick-up point. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also fine.

It is ok, but was expecting a lot. Few concerns: - hot water only few hours in morning, that is not right I guess. We reached in the after about 3.30 or so, there was not hot water to have shower, had to wait for hr or two, they had to bring the water in buckets, this is not acceptable. I personally feel, each room should have a small water heater attached. - Hotel is very good, cleanliness is pathetic. - Wardrobe inside the room is too small, heck of it, it has been kept & - Finally, restaurant, is not at all satisfactory, very few options especially for morning breakfast. In-spite of all ods, the gentleman who is taking care of the hotel Mr Pandey is very courtesy, for him at-least, we need to compliment.

Very much poor service. Very slow service. Serve the tea in cracked cup. Don't follow the order properly. Free WiFi of no use as it's available only in the lobby and that's also always kept off as if it is an electricity and costing them......though told they used to keep the WiFi off.....you have to tell them to make it on. Very slow speed. Can't even download audio.....

Hotel was good, the reception managers were very kind enough. Our bus was at 6:40 so when asked for late check-out, they couldn't do because of a wedding group which booked all the rooms. Still, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the reception till we came back at 4:30 and it was so kind that the person gave us 20 mins in a room to change our clothes and fresh-up. Just that they should fix some minor things in the bathroom - flush was slow and the spray gun was very poor, pillow cover and bed-spread could be little more clean.

The place looks really good from outside, but the rooms are average looking. I didn't live in a cheaper hotel as we wanted to take a warm shower before sleep, but the hotel starts warm water only early morning. The rooms are average and overpriced if booked directly via hotel.

The hotel is very near to the entrance of the Temple and thus perfect location for staying in Shirdi. The room cleanliness is a concern as well as the staff attitude. At the time of checking in, they provided me only one room key instead of 2 rooms which were booked. Also the room lights were not getting off and when informed they were reluctant to help by taking out the bulb and instead were asking us to change the room at mid-night.

The only concern was the hotel.com website which said on it's website that the room which I was booking was AC room but after booking it reflected that my room is non AC, I had to pay extra when I arrived at the hotel. This thing can disturb our budget. After calling the website help line number to understand about the wrong detail flashing on the website they told me that they cant help me with it and I need to contact the hotel to upgrade my room.

This hotel is ideally located compared to other hotels in the area as it is little away from the SACRED SAI TEMPLE. The restaurant is nice but certain basic items are priced much more than other nearby hotels and so not crowded. With a better professional touch and approach they can improve the image and revenue a lot.My booking through hotels.com was confirmed only after I reached the hotel.Or else with SAI KRIPA every thing was nice. I recommend this hotel to all those who desire a decent stay at SHIRDI and be blessed.

This hotel is ideally located compared to other hotels in the area as it is little away from the SACRED SAI TEMPLE. The restaurant is nice but certain basic items are priced much more than other nearby hotels and so not crowded. With a better professional touch and approach they can improve the image and revenue a lot.My booking through hotels.com was confirmed only after I reached the hotel.Or else with SAI KRIPA every thing was nice. I recommend this hotel to all those who desire a decent stay at SHIRDI and be blessed.
