Hotel Modern

駅から徒歩圏内で、やや距離はありますが、歩こうと思えば、インド門まで歩けます。(人によりますが)。短期滞在には便利な立地条件だと思います。

Worst, not meeting anything that is shown on Expedia website. Room condition is too bad and very small space. Not suitable for family. Bachelor can stay just for sake of sleeping at night.

Horrible hotel.

Bad location without any facilities mentioned on the site. No breakfast and room provided is pathetic. Not worth at all for the price.

Bedbugs in some rooms. Small and internal rooms.

Terrifying

The hotel did not honour a confirmed booking. The booking was done in october 2018 for a stay in january 2019.

Not so good. Under renovation. Did store our luggage though. Will be nice in a few months. No breakfast...they need to sort that out

Too be fair the hotel was under renovation and in a few months will be pretty nice. The street outside was dug up when we got there. The first night we booked could not be found on their system and was sorted the next day. When we returned we were charged extra for a room we didn’t ask for. We didn’t argue as we needed them to call a cab. There was no breakfast and no apology for that. But it was really close to the main railway station in Mumbai, you could walk easily so very convenient.

This hotel was the worst experience I've ever had with an Expedia booking. After we booked and prepaid for five nights, the hotel refused to honor the reservation. They claimed they had no record of it and didn't seem to care that we showed them our confirmation. They claimed to be fully booked for part of our stay, and offered us two out of the five nights, only if we paid them in cash. So even though we had prepaid with a credit card, they had the nerve to try to extort additional cash from us. This hotel should not be on Expedia.

Rooms are very small.What is appearing in photos are different in actual.No legspace. Bathroom are very small. No lift.
