Room general condition is very good

The property is definitely not same as what it’s in expedia. I trusted Expedia and booked the hotel but it such a bad choice that I lost faith on Expedia. The bathrooms were leaking and molds everywhere, so much of bad smell. It’s such a waste of money. I am so much disappointed with this.

The condition is not so good

Several issues with this property. No hot water. Upon turning the water to hot all I received was a loud noise like a car engine coming from inside the wall. The room came with no toilet paper and when I asked for toilet paper (late a night was when I discovered the error) the service person on the phone said to wait an hour as the storage room was locked. I waited an hour and he never showed or returned call. Never received toilet paper! The lock for the room was patched together and looked as though it had been broken into numerous times. I ended my stay a day early and took a loss just to get out of this unsafe place. Its in a great error but not worth the risk of getting something stolen or dealing with lack of basic amenities like hot water.

Property needs better upkeep. Also, very dirty rooms.

Room was very tiny and air circulation was not in that room. Main door lock was also broken but modified funny condition 😃 But staff was super friendly.

your ad saying hotel have city view. They gave me a room have no windows. block room. They don't clean everyday. I don't like it.

Bad smell in the room

Long list to say TV didn’t work, No Towel, no Soap, no Paste… room was small.. and bedsheet wasn’t clean.. food was pathetic… I ordered dal and rice around 9:30 pm and got delivered around 11:00 pm after multiple followups.. Only pleasing was front desk people always helped me with my request..

The room I had booked was Economy Double Room but it did not have any windows due to which the room did not provide proper ventilation. It had a mouldy smell and made it difficult to stay in the room. On bringing this to the attention of the staff they were very rude including the owner/manager Mr. Tolani. According to them the AC provides enough ventilation. On being firm about having a room with the window Mr. Tolani started bargaining with me to pay extra. Starting from Rs. 500 then 300 and then 200. It felt like I was in the local fish market. Hotels.com customer service was also not helpful on call. Finally they agreed to give me their deluxe room with a window. To my horror it was the exact same room as the economy room with the exception of a window. Seriously ! A window is a luxury addition in a room ? A very unpleasant experience. Probably they should mention clearly that certain categories of rooms do not have windows.
