I stayed there many times and I love Hotel Sumaditya. It was a great place. Everyone followed all the guidelines including the kitchen staff. The ambience was very very good. There is a great view of the city from the terrace and eating there was such a pleasure. The rooms were neat and clean, and the entire team of staff made sure that I had a comfortable stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. They were well spoken and professional. I needed some help with directions, not only did they help me with that, they also arranged a cab for me and guided me through the entire stay. The food was made according to my taste and liking since I wanted to eat non spicy food. I think it is a great place to stay for any kind of traveller, whether family, friends, business, foreigners, since the Hotel makes sure that everyone is well looked after.

The property is outstanding. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very well trained and the service is excellent. The food is super delectable and the variety of buffet breakfast is too elaborate for the prices they have charged! The best part is also their interiors and tbe beautification of the garden area. Everything in this hotel is very aesthetically appealing. The ambience is very pleasant and soothing. I cant wait to stay there again!!!!

I pre booked Hotel Sumaditya from NZ. I had a query with a place I visited on my 2nd day. It was no one else’s fault but my own & I asked the person at reception, whom said she was the manager, if she could phone them so I could speak to them in person. She refused, told me my only option was to hire a driver again to take me 35kms to the store. 6 staff standing there in front of me, no one addressed me in english just spoke amongst themselves in Hindi. It was only the 3rd day at this hotel & I was ready to check out early. Checking out after 8 nights, I asked if I could leave my bags for the day as I was taking a train later that night. The same lady at receptions response was ‘no we are not a cloakroom’. I asked to speak to the owner, was handed his card & told to do it myself. The owner reassured me that it was fine to leave my bags. The receptionist did repeat that it would not be their problem if my bags were stolen. I got myself a taxi, took all my bags with me & left them at another establishment for the entire day. I did make an official complaint. I was okay to leave it at that but yesterday my fiancé in NZ (whom could not make this trip) mentioned that he had contacted Hotel Sumaditya before I arrived asking if he could organise some flowers to be delivered to my room. They told him they couldn’t help & gave him a website in India that he could contact. Would I stay here again? Definitely not. Would I recommend this hotel to other foreigners? Absolutely not.
