Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates. This is the dumbest reason I have ever encountered. On my day of departure when we checkeded out I wantes to put my phone on charging, there are no charging ports in lobby area( one was used by hotel itself) when I asked the front desk staff to keep it he said he has no space. Their office was clearly visible and I could see 2 empty sockets I told him to plug it inside and he refused that too. I lost my mind their. How and why would someone refuse to put a phone on charging?? The hotel has stupid light sensors all over and the light keeps turning off and on again and again so if you open your door at night don't be scared for a second to see a dark corridor and in the middle of the night those lights just keep blinking randomly. One our room had a faulty bathroom sensor and the light kept going on and off while using washroom. Complaint about it twice got no resolution. Bathroom aren't well maintained it has got black fungus at the bottom lines and corners.

This property is good but they are not maintaining. I think they do not maintain hygiene, they gave me dirty towel and once they gave me towel with the hole in it. Overall is okay. They have to focus on hygiene. Poor management. They don’t change even broken glass, they kept as it is broken in the room 😆😆.

Worst hotel in town with uneducated staff. Pathetic costumer service. Very unfriendly , zero values work ethic and unprofessional staff. Waited around 1 hr at front desk to checking. Quality of services is really poor I would not recommend anyone to go with this hotel
