LOCATION: The location of this hotel was great. While it’s not the closest option to Delhi International Airport, it was still conveniently reachable. Considering Delhi’s heavy traffic, being near the airport was a definite bonus. Using Uber to get around from the Hyatt Regency was convenient, as drivers could pick up and drop off directly at the main entrance. STAFF: The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Their commitment to excellent hospitality was noticeable throughout the stay. HOTEL BREAKFAST: The breakfast was impressive, offering numerous options to choose from. The only minor drawback was the wait time to enter the restaurant, especially on weekends when the hotel was busy, but this seems inevitable given the hotel’s size. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 10:30am. DINNER: I recommend going out of the hotel as there are better options/experiences at local cafes/restaurants. ROOM + CLEANLINESS: The rooms were spotless and well maintained. I appreciated the smart TV, which allowed me to log into my Netflix account. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a shower and a separate tub. ROOM CLEANERS: The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. They went the extra mile in small ways that really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. EXTRA TOUCHES: The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations during my visit. The attention to detail and the small thoughtful touches made the entire stay feel very special and memorable.

The room was very cold I had to ask for a heater. The breakfast room is very stressful. You have to wait 20 min to be seated even though many tables are empty of people but the staff don’t have the time to clear the tables. Don’t order food by the staff much better just go and pick what you want

rooms need lot of Maintainance v bad condition and also after changing the room was given room no 143 where it is too noisy too much disturbance no idea what was on the top people kept talking and lot of foot movements noise as well called hotel 7 times to look at that noise.

A fantastic experience! The quality of both breakfast and lunch was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and efficient, helping with shipping and calling taxis. The room was comfortable, clean, well-insulated, and quiet, with an elegant view from the window. Highly recommended! 完美的體驗！早餐、中餐的食物品質都是高水準表現。工作人員的服務態度非常好。協助寄送物品、叫計程車都很有效率。房間舒適整潔，隔音很好，安靜，窗外精緻優雅。非常推薦！
