Property and people were great and very grateful to the hotel front desk to give us a room on the eight floor with easy access to the gym which is on the eight floor. The only issue (if I were to point out one) was a bit of leakage in some spots on the eight floor. Not sure if this was due to the pool on top or the monsoon season or both. But other than that everyone and everything at this hotel is amazing. We choose to have a la carte meals as we were not hungry enough for the buffet, and the meal and service was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody visiting the city.

A very good, satisfying stay. The product is very good quality and delivering it are some very professional people. We departed with a very good feeling and would like to return some day. A special mention of Manjot Bellman, Ramandeep & Saphi from the All Day Dining Restaurant , Rishi Rout Front Office & Imran from Housekeeping who took such good care of us. Highly competent employees these.

Travelled from UK. Extremely Clean hotel, good hot showers, staff friendly, nice mattresses, good range at breakfast. It’s a 5 star standard hotel. It could do with a little TLC, but still clean. They supply bottled water which is helpful. Tried restaurant, portions are big, had matter paneer, it was big enough for two people. Had a drink in the bar, very nice bar. If you there to do cloths shopping i.e Indian suits, your about 10 mins uber ride away from the main shops, and it’s an about £1.50 one way. Uber works well if you have the app. One thing to note is a uk USB phone charger doesn’t work, you need an Indian USB lead and Indian adapter. I asked reception if they could supply as I arrived late and they couldn’t. It would be good if they had such things on hand until you can get to a shop and purchase.

When we were checking in, all the staff seemed to be too busy doing nothing to help with us unloading bags and taking them up to the room. When they noticed my family and I unloading and carrying them up to our room, they came over to try and help. At this point I was already a few feet from the elevators and continued on our own. In the 2 rooms that we booked many things were broken or not working. Since we had 2 rooms, we just used what we needed in the room that it worked in. We had maintenance come up and review a few things and the rest were just inconveniences. They couldn't change out a broken fridge in one of the rooms so that wasn't ideal. The room wasn't very clean. When looking at everything from a first glance, it was clean, however, when you move the sofa a bit or look into the cushions, there was a lot of dust and materials not cleaned up. Floors always felt a little dirty. Expected more from this stay.

The check in process was very long. The staff told us that it will take 10 minutes to have the room ready. After multiple inquiries, it took them 2 hours to get the room ready. We found cockroach in the room.

The check in process was very long. The staff told us that it will take 10 minutes to have the room ready. After multiple inquiries, it took them 2 hours to get the room ready. We found cockroach in the room.
