I had a great stay at the IBIS BKC. I had some work in the consulate and the place couldn’t be more accessible. The staff are extremely friendly and amiable. They also have a cab service to the consulate you can avail at a cost. I missed the breakfast buffet because of my appointment but the staff made sure there were fruits and other bakery items available. The concierge desk is extremely professional and well trained. Will definitely recommend this stay for anyone having errands in the neighborhood.

Breakfast menu has so many options. Support staff is so cooperative. Service is super fast. If you log some issues within few minutes room service or maintenance guy will come to take a look. We order late dinner after 12 AM still the biryani was so tasty not spicy and sufficient qty for 2 person. I would rate this as high five star for sure.

Decent base to explore Mumbai from while being close to the airport for quick access to day trips. The area where the hotel is located is dirty and sketchy... Borderline slum, easily escaped by uber/taxi but don't expect any pleasant stroll. For a longer stay in Mumbai something more central is preferred over this property which is 20+min away from central and 30+ min from fort areas respectively.

This is a basic hotel with basic service there was terrible noise from the carpet cleaning machine in the corridor on my first morning and i could hear the noise from the carpet cleaning machine on the lower floor it must have went on for about 2 hours

The room was in good condition. Needs some more cleaning. The bed had some hair on the sheet, they gave me another sheet and they were stained. The hallway on my floor was dirty every day. It was ok to have a safe place to sleep.
