Katriya Hotel & Towers

Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.

This is regarding 5th floor. Conditions of toilets are terrific. Paint is peeled off on some places. Bath water is not good found some mud flowing through tap, not sure when was last tanks cleaned. Sofa conditions were poor. No toilet door mats / Tap water leaking/ muddy smell all over.

I had the misfortune of staying at Katriya Towers Hotel and Towers, and I must say, it's a true gem. Who needs basic facilities like hot water, drinking water, or a functioning lift when you can have a hotel that takes your money upfront and delivers nothing? Their hot water facility is a marvel - just keep the tap running for an hour, and voilà! You might get lukewarm water. And don't worry about saving water; they're clearly experts in water conservation. The complimentary water bottles are a generous touch - two whole bottles! And if you dare to ask for more, be prepared for an indefinite wait. I'm convinced they have a secret water-manufacturing facility at the reception, where they mix hydrogen and oxygen to create water on demand. The reception staff is a delight - unprofessional, immature, and sporting blazers that make them look like they're trying too hard. When I asked for hot water, the receptionist laughed and asked if he should come to my room. I'm still trying to comprehend the logic behind that response. In conclusion, if you want to experience the thrill of staying in a hotel that's completely disconnected from reality, look no further than Katriya Towers Hotel and Towers. Just don't forget to bring your sense of humor and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

Never opt this hotel very bad facilities

Very poor maintenance….no house keeping and management just argue with guests. My suite was not ready for guests at all. TV never worked and they couldn’t fix it. The mini fridge never worked. They did house keeping after several requests after I checked-in. The faucets are so worst….tub is very dirty and did not use. Shower heads not working and looks really dirty I won’t prefer this hotel

The Hotel is very old and smelly. The mattresses are very hard been inconvenient to sleep on such a hard and dirty mattresses. The bathroom, very dirty, not clean, not washed

Renove the property from your listing asap. The worst hotel

The experience was very pathetic.. executive rooms are all dirty and insect spiders bugs are all arround. Bed condition was bad.

Cleanliness is very poor. No Amenities provided as mentioned while booking. Light is not working in the bathroom. House keeping service to be improved.

Hotel premises were clean and good. Staff were super. Room cleanliness was bad. Stained furniture, sub standard bathroom, obsolete room key system that fails most of the time....

Rooms are maintained. Lot of issues. Like AC NOT WORKING, not cleaned well.

Unfriendly staff

This hotel advertise as a 3/4 star hotel, however standards of this hotel is not even close to 2 star. First of all, the condition of the hotel is poor, other than the hallway, the whole place is very run down. There are mold & cracks all over the walls, bubbled wallpapers, stained carpets and a pungent smell. The dress code of the staff are dirty, the key card doesn't work and not in good condition. There isn't even a safe in the room! Speaking of the room, the bathroom is unacceptable with broken toilet seats, stains on the bath tub, and rusty taps which requires WD40 to get them working. Cupboards with missing handles, TV that you expect in the 2000s. All in all, it is dirty, noisy and unsafe. Again, I am shocked that is claimed as a 3/4 star hotel, if there is a negative star hotel, this is a definition of this. The pictures they have advertised on Expedia are false, and easily deceptive. These are the reason why we had to cut our stay and go somewhere, and we will never come back here again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay here.

This place sucks. Not a 4-star. I would not even give this place 1-star. Don't get fooled by the pictures they have posted. Bathroom sewer stinks. Roof leaks. I can go on and on. Best way to understand what I am stating is to check the room before you book. Staff are extremely unfriendly.

It's a older hotel. While the service and food was acceptable, few key things I ran into -- deadbolt on my door did not work, TV in bedroom did not work, only two towels when I checked in, old couch and chair. Point is that it was not worth the price I paid. Internet also went out a few times and was slow.
