Expedia should not have this hotel listed as a 3 star hotel. Comparable hotels are available at one-fourth of the price. I booked this hotel because I trusted that since listed on Expedia, the hotel must be good. But it wasn't. The room was very small with a bed & two chairs . It was clean, the bed was okay. But furnishings were bare minimum. The floor was cold, the bathroom had the toilet seat and bathing arrangement in the same area - there was no separate shower stall or tub - so the bathroom floor was always wet. The water in the gyser in the bathroom was only lukewarm. Could not get a box of kleenex after asking - staff did not know what was Kleenex or tissues. Two bath towels were provided in each room and they looked very old and raggedy. The hotel staff were trying to give a hard time for the name under which the reservation was done (this was clarified later) and were even going to charge for an extra guest until I showed the paperwork that I have already paid for the extra guest. We went for breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning. Breakfast was not included in the price although normally most Indian hotels with that price range or even one third of the price will include morning tea or breakfast. The restaurant setting was gloomy with dim lights, dirty table cloth and food took long time to come even though it was a buffet. Food was okay. Expedia should not have this hotel in its list and definitely not at that price and with a rating of 3 star

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but the staff seems poorly trained. They don't seem to know what to do, or who's supposed to do what. Also, the restaurant is inconveniently located in the basement, and the cooks are not very good. How is it possible to make Sikh kabab that is hard to chew, or chicken curry that's nothing but bones? So it's okay to stay there, if you don't eat there.

1) Breakfast is said to be included, it was on our booking, but was denied by staff. Ten people were just looking at us without being able to make a decision. 2) Bed sheets were not clean. 3) We had booked an extra bed in the room - was not prepared, and ended up just being a thin mattress on the floor.
