Jag har tidigare bott på Meluha och allt har då varit bra. Denna gång måste det ha hänt något i byggnaden, det var funkt i taken på rummen (var i 4 olika rum på olika våningsplan) samtliga rum luktar starkt av fukt och mögel. Duschen var ej ordentligt rengjord i någon av rummen jag bodde i. Rummen är överlag slitna, avskavd färg, skador på möbler etc. Jag har efter hemkomst tvättat mina kläder 3 gånger men de luktar fortfarande fukt/ mögel efter att ha förvarat dem på hotellrummet i 5 dagar. Utöver det luktar mina 2 resväskor fukt och jag har inte lyckats få bort lukten från dem heller. Tråkigt då det i övrigt är ett bra hotell med trevlig personal ,gym, 2 restauranger och gångavstånd till trevliga områden i Mumbai,

Great service, variety at breakfast. Loved gobhi paratha and aloo-onion paratha. Clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal.

My recent stay at the hotel was disappointing given the price I paid. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff significantly affected the experience. Additionally, the room interiors, furniture, and electronics were outdated and in need of a complete overhaul or replacement. Basic amenities, such as a waste bin in the bathroom, were missing, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment!!!

Excellent location and amenities. Very good restaurant and bar. The room had lots of Eco-focused features. Be prepared for the time it may take for checkout ... allow yourself a minimum of 10 - 15 minutes for this. Would definitely return! Enjoy your stay!

My stay was very good, allowed for earlier check-in as I arrived at 11.30 am. The service was good and the staffs were super friendly. However, the free wifi speed was very slow most of the time The room needs some "refreshing" as it looks dated and worn
