Middleton Inn

No lift or even frontside access. You have to go at the back of the property and then take the stairs to the hotel room floor. Other than that the rooms were clean but the towels not so much. An OK stay if you don't have any other options.

Nothing good to write except for the location which is easily accessible by road and metro. Highly overpriced, tiny rooms and 1 star breakfast.

It was a good stay for the price I paid. The staff were very friendly and the service was really good. Breakfast that was included had limited options but the options were nice. It is also close to Victoria memorial, planetarium and park street. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

No lobby services, no elevator, they provide car services with huge commission. One word Rubbish Inn. Never again .

Stayed at hotel twice for one week and then again another week after touring other parts of India. Hotel was okay for their rating. Middleton Street is a more quite part of Kolkata and walking distance from Park Street where most of the good restaurants are. Enjoyed catching up with friends.

location is OK. Foods from the hotel are OK. 10 minutes walk to nearby restaurants. no supermarket nearby. Entrance is behind the building, taxi can go inside the gate.

overall ok but no lift to 1st flòor reception or dining room.

Very small room and not true to their words. Not likely to recommend anyone.

Won't stay in this hotel paying 6500 next time. This is not more than 500/- rupees room. Very very small rooms and bathrooms. They aware aware that ac of one room was not working and still gave me that room. At 1 in the night I complained and they said 'yes yes ac was not working '. When I pressurised them , they changed the room. Breakfast have somewhere else if you take the room at even 500/- Room key was not given. Everytime I went , soneone opened the door with master key. Visiting card was put in electric cut off switch

We and booked two rooms and at night when we are about to check in, person at the front desk told that only one room was booked. After half hour they verified that yes two rooms have been booked and allotted the second room. It was 11:30 at night and as soon as we entered the room it was stinking. It seems that the bed linen wasn't changed for days and that too was stinking. In the morning breakfast had only two thing to eat, for rest you need to order half hour before. Overall experience was worst

It is a small hotel without an elevator. For families with children it is not so good but for a stay for sightseeing perfect !
