National YMCA Hostel

Amenities are quite spartan as expected, but everything worked, the staff was nice and food good. I wish they made it clear that this hostel is behind gate 5 as there are other YMCA hostels nearby.

Arrived late close to midnight but staff looked grumpy and did not want to see us. Room was clean but very basic and was clearly dated. Bathroom had no toilet roll and everything was very rusty. Staff during the day was nicer but you get what you pay for.

Room was cold and empty, rusty fixtures, no toilet paper, no shower curtain and worse no hot water. We left after our first night and went elsewhere. We have photos of there are questions. Should not be allowed on Orbitz! Breakfast was good, staff 50 bad and 50 good

O quarto é bem diferente das fotos. O anúncio diz "cama de casal", mas são duas camas de solteiro que não dão pea juntar. Não tem nada da decoração do anúncio. O quarto é limpo e silencioso, mas muito mais simples que as fotos. Podiam alterar o anúncio pra não gerar expectativas falsas.

Clean and good.

This was the hostel where I had initially reserved and paid fully before check-in. When I presented myself for checking-in, I was informed there is no reservation in my name. They called one agent who was handling the reservation. He informed me that the hotel is/was overbooked. I was bounced off to New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel, a few minutes walk away from this one. Therefore, this review is for the YMCA Tourist hostel and not National YMCA. I was told the "nicer" rooms were at National YMCA hostel (newly renovated and refurbished) Anyway, where I ended up staying: the rooms were seedy. The next morning, I was woken up with strong cigarette smell in the room, coming in from the AC vents. I informed the reception - a housekeeper came in and confirmed the smell. The staff is attentive but slyly expect tips for doing even the smallest of tasks, which they are supposed to do any way. Restaurant was serving a free, but sad breakfast buffet that I did not have and settled for a single toast bread, butter and a cup of overly sweetened instant coffee from a flask. I wish I could get at least 50% refund for the overbooking mishap and cigarette smell in the room.

rooms are really nice and clean. Staff is well trained and helpful. no complaints about the hotel.

Family friendly hotel me and my mother stay in this hotel and such a lovely staff who always ready to help and check-in was also smooth

I love how spacious the room was. The price I think is one of the most affordable, It was a wonderful experience.

Checking And Checkout Experience is nice. Food Quality and Variety is very good. You will have smart TV and good Wi-Fi speed.
