There is nothing bad about this place
I had arrived at another hotel 2am in the morning (Mayda inn). I somehow managed to sleep, and when I woke up, I immediately booked the Radisson standard room for 2 nights. I was amazed at how clean and presentable the hotel, room and staff were. The place exceeded my expectations. I went for a Hyrox competition and I’ll be back next year, at the Radisson
I was also given some invaluable advice regarding the Uber drivers (beware)
You will be well looked after if you book this place

Room clean and well appointed. Staff courteous and addressed requests quickly with enthusiasm. Did request a non-smoking room and first room assigned did have strong odour of smoke but was moved to another room without issue. Located next to a busy road there is some nighttime noise. However on the whole a great property with excellent staff at a reasonable price.

Personally, I had a really bad experience with their customer service. The staff was rude, and they randomly charged extra to my credit card just for small things like water. Wouldn’t stay there again. Pathetic service compared to the price they charge for one night.

Nicely maintained, but we had issues with the room keys not working. Even though its close to terminal 3 getting to the airport was a nightmare with the traffic on NH8.
