Avoid this hotel at all costs. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing them as it’s not 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. It’s dirty and poorly mantained, the chairs and beds were covered in stains. We checked in and could even stay a few hours. Hotels.com aren’t being very helpful about a refund and the vendor has also kept our money despite all our efforts. Extremely disappointing from both the hotel and hotels.com…. We will be reconsidering using them for hotel booking in the future.

The property had great views and was very serene.

We stayed in the hotel for one night as we had no idea during booking about the hotel and the great environment, now we regret that we did not stay there longer. The views of the Himalayas from the room were excellent. The hotel staff and their services were simply excellent. Every item of food were tasty and to our surprise they were HEALTHY AND PRACTICALLY OIL FREE. The famous NEELKANTH temple is about 20 min. drive from the hotel, one can go easily early morning from the hotel and offer puja before rush hours start. The entire stretch of the road to the hotel and there after to the temple is well maintained making the drive very comfortable. The mobile signal in the rooms are weak but hotel provides free Wi-fi. One has to be careful about monkeys who once in a while make their way to the swings attached to each balcony of the rooms. Yoga classes, Spa and the relatively small swimming pool are good attractions.
