Small rooms, no breakfast or restaurant, very disappointed

The staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are clean. The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily. It’s a busy road with locals. There are some restaurants available close by. There are no parking with the hotel Overall I would give it 7/10 just because of the location.

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable.- good bathroom, security, AC, beds etc... However it's in a neighborhood that is not clean and has few restaurants and other amenities. Most tourists will not feel comfortable staying in the area.

Located in a narrow space

Very nice rooms and bathrooms. Only drawback: the location was a tight and dirty street.

Nice hotel. However, the location shown in hotels.com is incorrect and misleading. We wanted to book a hotel in Mylapore. Hotel.com showed the hotel’s location as Mylapore but we found that the correct location is Thiruvallikkeni ( Triplicane), which is nearly 30-40 minutes away. This has complicated our trip.

Surprising property

Outside the property road side no good. It is not property mistake. The property located in an area. The other guests closing the door with banking big sound produce.

The room was very small and no ventilation.

Overall it’s good and cheap

This out of the way hotel is buried down a lane. However, once entering the reception area you are welcomed with cool air-conditioning and friendly, welcoming staff. A letter is given providing all the details of the hotel including the mention of a cafeteria for hot drinks. We chose this hotel for the breakfast option, but actually there was none. Then upon asking about chai, we were told there was no "cafeteria" but instead you pay the staff to fetch your chai from outside. Okay, to me this is extremely poor advertising. If we were expecting to leave the hotel for every drink and meal...we would have booked a better location. This busy street is full of motorcycles and rickshaws which make it hard to maneuver during peak hours, especially with children. There are not too many breakfast options within walking distance, especially before 8 AM. The rooms are well cleaned, atmosphere great, and as mentioned...staff is wonderful. You can't beat this price for a comfortable night's stay. We stayed 3 days and wound up being dropped off way at the start of the street many times because of the congestion of cars, cycles, trucks, and people. It was over bearing during the heat or while carrying bags...and never knowing when we would be dropped at our location. Other than that, a disappointment with the breakfast expectations. Only 4 stars for me.

Very clean and well kept, although this part of town is less than ideal. Rooms not large but priced well. Staff helpful.

All the photos displayed on here are altered, manipulated or straight up photoshopped. The hotel front, rooms and especially bathrooms are nothing like real life. Even the photos specific to the room we booked. I'll be attempting to get a refund, it is that bad. Couldn't leave any sooner since I'm attending a wedding. The room stank of mold and smoke, the window was tiny and did not provide little to no fresh. It was a dungeon. The bathroom was damp and moldy 24/7.

The room and bathroom smells bad. They don’t give all amenities they offer on their website such as iron and ironing board. The room was really noisy, vehicle honks, some bell sound, people walking through corridor etc were the noises.

Good property

The location was good and near to US consulate. The hotel is very clean and service was excellent. Great help from the front desk. Thanks for making our trip memorable.
