The Elevate Hotel

The hotel was rated 4 star- There are several limitations 1. The rooms were not sound proof 2. Hotel shuttle scheduled 7am but showed up 7:30am 3. The food menu book has so many options but 80% unavailable at dinner 4. The instant price for suite 2 bedrooms INR7000 but Expedia charged almost INR13,00 - This is unacceptable in all respects. 5. My experience with Hotel corporate was bad so I avoided that to book The Elevate Hotel - unfortunately both are same hotel . 6. Surroundings or outside of the hotel is not any way 4 star standard.

There is no shuttle. The hotel desk arranged a taxi. Be sure you’ve got WhatsApp in order to communicate with the taxi. There is a 500 rupee CHARGE to return to the airport. The “shuttle” is only free one way. Restaurant was open very late and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty.

The pictures of the rooms do not match the current condition of the room. Near the toilet there was cigarette ash on the floor, had a cockroach on the toilet, the towels were not the cleanest, in the bathroom used a bleach deodorizer which was too strong. When checking in, the guy who showed the room and how to activate the hot water heater, walked on the bath mat at the door to the bathroom with his dirty shoes — either don’t place at the door or don’t step on the mat! The hotel mentions breakfast buffet. Yet, signage in the breakfast area reads that due to shortage of heating materials, the menu is limited. Limited food choices and not worth choosing this place for the breakfast. The pick up from the airport is included via taxi service. The driver tried to scam me by showing me a 20 USD and asking if I had money — when told the pick up is included in hotel, he dropped the issue. Know that an Uber only costs about 4 USD. Had booked a city view but was on first floor facing a wall — no view but at least not facing the ‘street’ (more an alley) to hear the constant honking, men talking and dust swirling. Overall, would not recommend. It’s close to the airport, but the Radisson Blu close by would have more class.

Fair price for what you get

The hotel I paid for was not the same I stayed in. I was transferred to a poor much inferior quality leaky hotel room. It's so unfortunate the Expedia app is being used for such scam

Rude, slow service, dirty rooms, hot water kettle didn't work, food bad, and they try to get you to use their taxi! They quote 2500 for my ride and Uber was 380!!! The main guy up front should be replaced

They have no airport shuttle. They sent a taxi in a sea of taxis and it made things super complicated. Then the next day I had a second plane to catch but now there was no transportation because apparently it’s one shuttle per stay!! I mean we choose airport hotels because they are pit stops. Also check in was complicated. They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation, asked for vouchers. What vouchers?!?! Had to call manager. Ugh. Then I ask for my king bed which was in my reservation. Side glances. Had to wait for towels as the room had none. Cherry on top? Water was lukewarm at best.
