The location and the stay is okay. However the outside was so dirty soon you come out from the property.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is the place to be. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to the Ganges River and the famous gates, making it incredibly easy to soak in the spiritual energy of Varanasi. Exceptional Service & Local Guidance The standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Because the property is located in a traditional area where cars are not allowed, navigating the narrow streets with luggage could have been a challenge. However, the team made it effortless: • Proactive Communication: They messaged me on WhatsApp the moment I arrived to coordinate a pickup. • Arrival Support: They met me exactly where my Uber dropped me off and helped carry my luggage to the hotel at no extra cost. • Personal Concierge: The person at the front desk was like a personal tour guide, constantly checking in via WhatsApp to ensure I wasn't having any trouble navigating the winding alleys. • Expert Advice: He gave me perfect advice on the best spots to visit and, more importantly, what to avoid, which is so helpful in a busy city like Varanasi. Accommodations The hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows. Everything felt fresh, updated, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. It provides a calm, modern oasis to retreat to after a busy day exploring the vibrant streets outside.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was ideal a very short distance to the gangga arti at the ghat. Rooms are clean within average setup.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Though there is a bit walking is involved to reach hotel from PDR mall, once you checked in, everything is in walkable distance. Very close to DasaAshwamedha ghat. Aditya is a wonderful guy who goes out of the way to help and make your stay very comfortable and secured.

I had an excellent stay at Trilok Residency, Varanasi. Right from airport pickup, to sending staff to pick me up from the taxi dropoff point (since the hotel is in old Kashi, extremely close to Dashashwamedh Ghat, vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point), to ensuring I did not lack for anything, Mr. Aditya personally ensured that I had a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, he showed me available times Ann’s let me select the one I preferred. He was always available to help with any questions I may have. As a first time traveler to Varanasi, especially as a solo female, I could not have made a better choice in terms of accommodation. Rooms: very clean, spacious and an oasis of peace amidst the bustling streets of old Kashi. Location: Excellent! Steps to Dashashwamedh Ghat, walking distance to Baba Vishwanath temple with several famous food joints nearby. Once I got to the hotel, I was able to walk to the temple for multiple darshans, to the Dashashwamedh Ghat for Arati, to various other ghats, for food. I did not need a vehicle until I left. Staff: Very police and , always willing to help with anything. I felt extremely safe with them around. Owner/manager: Aditya is the real USP of this hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her advised me on best transport options, inquired after my health, and even procured medicines when I came down with a cold. Whenever Baba Vishwanath calls me again to Varanasi, I will stay at Trilok Residency.

Pooja & Aiyush are wonderful hosts, very friendly. The Homestay is in a perfect location, walkable to the Taj & all the shops. The rooms were spotless, great bathroom, good wifi. It is a quiet area but there were dogs barking in the night so bring earplugs (a must for anywhere in India ) Breakfast was plentiful & tasty. They organised TukTuk to & from the train station so nothing was a hassle. Really enjoyed our stay there

I had a great stay at Trilok Residency in Varanasi. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. They were always accommodating—whether it was arranging water or helping with anything I needed. It made a big difference. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Hotel manager was very courteous and informative. I booked two rooms in this Hotel. Hotel manager advised me to book somewhere else since my parents are old and hotel doesn't have access to vehicles. I was surprised. I wanted to stay near Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the Ghats. I continued with my booking. Reaching hotel is difficult, but Manager was very open informing me about it. Hotel sent staff to carry our luggage to and from the Hotel to the place where get vehicles. I could see honesty in Manager's eyes, in a city everywhere agents and babus try to cheat pilgrim tourists. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. Manager upgraded one of my rooms to a family room on the ground level without extra charge since my parents are old.

Trilok Residency in Varanasi is a gem! Clean, spacious rooms, exceptional staff, and a prime location near the ghats and temples. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Aditya was an amazing guest service at Trilok Residency, from the moment of booking to arrival, the communication was notch and rooms, and location was amazing, very helpful,and reasonable rates.

Friendly staff and a great location!

Everything. The area is terrible. Dogs barking, talking until the 03.00 or 04.00. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. There is a gap in the window. The rooms were very cold. We have to wear jumpers to sleep in. The covers were smoky. We can’t able to take the taxi up to the area . The taxi driver dropped off 900 or more yards. The management sent the people to carry the luggage & we have to walk. My husband & I can’t able to sleep. So we vacated & moved to another good hotel. The reviews are in no way accurate.

If you are planning to in stay in Varanasi and is on a budget. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean room and bathroom and the staff is very attentive. The owner Akash gives you details information on whats available to visit and how to get there. Even tips on purchasing fruits and the price you should pay. Highly recommend thia hotel.

제대로 된 숙소를 구하기 전 잠시 머물려다가 몹시 만족해서 연장까지 해서 있었어요. 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 메인가트와 인기맛집들이 근처에 있어요. 오토바이가 다니는 길목이 아니라서 아주 조용합니다. 휴식을 취하기에 좋아요. 일정 내내 Trilok의 AKASH는 양질의 정보를 제공 해 주었습니다. 좋은 관광지는 물론이고, 릭샤를 탈 수 있는 법, 적절한 가격. 사기꾼들을 피하는 법. 속지 않는 법을 매일 알려주었어요. 과일을 사는 법, 이 계절에만 먹을 수 있는 음식, 바라나시만의 간식 등등 AKASH의 도움으로 더 많은 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 4인 가족이 머물렀고, 로얄룸은 충분히 넓었습니다. 바라나시를 다시 방문한다면 고민하지 않고 예약할거에요
