Anusara Luxury Villas - Adults Only

Staff were incredibly inviting, always smiling, always asking how our days were going and extremely friendly. This is our first trip to Bali and these villas were everything we had hoped for when imaging a Bali escape.

Amazing amazing, Rika is amazing and so are the other staff I said in front of her that birthday was the next day and she had a small surprise in my room and sang happy birthday to me and brought a mini cake so sweet she deserves everything ❤️

The overall stay was very good. Had a couple of hiccups but the staff were on it so swift. Like it did happen!!!

The property is beautiful and they have very nice and amazing staff.

Amazing stay

First time staying there for 4 nights. Awesome! Hubby & I enjoyed it so much. For adults only so pretty quiet in the middle of the padi fields. That being said, plenty of little creatures for company but that is to be expected in a village style accommodation; though upscale. Nothing around but nature; which we loved. Ubud center is about 15 mins away but with shuttle service available we have no complaints. Driver/ Butler is knowledgeable & a good driver. Also help me get some fruits I wanted. Thanks Wayan!😄 Riki the receptionist is so helpful, friendly & personable. Hi Rika! Hope to see you all soon. All wait staff was so sweet, welcoming & spoke good English. Hi girls! Can’t wait to be back.☺️ BTW, the food is fantabulous!! I actually find myself wanting to go back to our little sanctuary for dinner instead of eating out in Ubud. Mashaallah! So goooood! Breakfasts were phenomenal! We were spoilt there. No need to second guess… we will stay there again for sure. Oh and one night, the staff surprised with a beautiful crafted presentation on our bed!!! What a fantastic stay at Anusara! From the start, we’re picked up by Agung who was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He drove us around Bali for the day seeing the temples, rice fields, fields, monkey forest and Swing Heaven. The staff at the villas was gracious, friendly, and always welcoming and assisting. Our villa was the honeymoon villa #6 and could not have asked for a better location for quiet and serenity. I look forward to staying again at this enchanting location.

We spent 12 days here and enjoyed every minute. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. They take the time to get to know you. Their shuttle to Ubud center was a nice amenity. The area is quiet and serene. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Ubud center. The private pool for each villa was lovely. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We made Anusara our home base and would do day trips to see the rest of Bali. We can’t wait to book another trip to Bali to explore more and stay at Anusara again during another trip.

Everyone is super friendly and the food is delicious!

Staff was always super helpful and friendly, really elevated our stay. Villa was beautiful, we had the honeymoon villa. However the view was not overlooking the jungle like in the pictures at hotels.com but that was okay. There were a few things I found odd: - At check in we were explained that we would be charged for any damages in the room. For instance if there were any stains they could not remove. We of course understand this, but the odd thing is our bed already had some stains when checking in. Chose to ignore this as it wasn’t a big issue/ - Ants, bugs and lizards came through the gap of the door from the pool. This was in the middle of the jungle so we had many visits. Mentioned this at checkout. - The bedside lamps had mould in them. - We weren’t allowed to order outside food because they wanted us to support their hotel. I wish they had a wider variety on the menu at least when this was the case. At checkout we were asked to give a written feedback while the staff were overlooking and reviewing what we wrote. For me this was uncomfortable and I felt I couldn’t give my honest feedback while being put on the spot. Overall it was a nice room and very warm and welcoming staff. Hope you see this feedback for what it’s meant for - constructive and to help you improve.

We had a such a lovely time at the Anusara Resort and I want to give a massive shoutout to all of their staff for making our stay extra special (hopefully I’ve spelt all the names correctly and not missed anyone!); Dewa, Komang, Wayan, Rika, Ayux, Widi, Ika, Nyoman & Ayu. The villas were lovely and truly luxurious but it’s the staff that makes this place special. Coming back to the villa one day after exploring Ubud to find a lovely birthday message on the bed, to then be met at our villa door with a piece of cake and sang happy birthday was so special and made my day. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our time in Bali and whilst the restaurant area was under renovation during our stay having it served in the villa around the pool area was a delight. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower area. The shuttle car into Ubud is super handy and we used it quite a few times, for both drop off and pick up, and it was really easy to get in touch via WhatsApp to request the service. All in all a 10/10 stay and if we ever come back to Ubud we will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us and making the start of our trip to Bali so memorable!

It was a amazing stay the best part is not the amazing view or great food it was the amazing staff.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem tollen Pool. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und der Service sehr gut. Praktisch war der kostenfreie Shuttle nach Ubud.

I came to stay only for a couple of nights to get some rest from busy Ubud while attending yoga teacher training. For this purpose it was perfect. Quiet and relaxing. A bit far from town, but like I said for my purposes it was perfect. I got the rest I needed
