6. A valid phone number is very important for us to ensure you have a great stay experience, please ensure they are correct
7. Guests are responsible to pay for their own parking as charged by the parking company or Building Management. Parking cost for a car usually starts from IDR 5,000/hour

This was my worst staycation experience ever! The unit was handle by Travelio, and it was a bad service. I already manage my late check in at 20.30, and the staff from Travelio haven't arrived yet! They ask me to wait until 21.30. Are you guys kidding! When the staff arrived at 21.30, he asked us to wait again for he need to check the unit first! What are you guys doin while I'm having my late check in? You guys should check it first before I get in to the unit. I admit the unit was very tidy and nice, the view was perfect! Unfortunately, there is no tissue at all even the dispenser was empty, for a water are not included! Seriously! We pay for 2mio and you guys even don't put any water? Even for a dining tissue. Also the fridge! I thought it was on because the lights was on! I put lots if foods there, but when we open in the morning it was not cool at all. All my foods was rottened!
