Excellent hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very traditional and huge. The hotel is in a fantastic location on the beachfront, food was very good. We had a wonderful stay.

Went out of season but lovely hotel and great value. Rooms (mini house !) have lots of character Breakfast was very nice and much better than most in Bali / Lombok I’d recommend it unless you want to be in the heart of the action Near Turtle snorkelling areas

The only Balinese style hotel on the island, other hotels also looked amazing but were more modern and party oriented. This property was quite far away, no walking distance so you have to either bike or take the carriage but totally worth it because it’s isolated from the crowd and the party area

My wife and I absolutely loved Desa Dunia. By far the best place we've stayed at during our Bali Honeymoon. We booked the beachfront villa and it exceeded our expectations. You can see the beachfront clearly and it's less than a 50 meter walk from your doorstep to the beach. The resort is on the opposite side of where all the parties and activity takes place which is what we wanted but when we did want to take part in the action the other side of the island wasn't even a 15 minute bike ride.

We would recommend this hotel to everybody, it was the best experience in our two week trip in Indonesia: great people, food, room, view, sunset view, beach cocktails, hygiene, ... nothing negative to note! We regretted only staying two nights here, we would have loved to stay another week.

Desa Dunia Beda was a dream! The resort's grounds were absolutely beautiful. Big swimming pool, private bungalows surrounded in lush greenery with spacious, dreamy outdoor sunken-in bathrooms, and a lovely breakfast with a variety of options. The location was perfect. Far away from the noisy side of the island but still close to many great restaurants & beaches bars. They provided bike rentals at a low cost compared to what you would get elsewhere (no haggle/no hassle), snorkeling equipment, and the on-site massage services that were incredible!! I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Desa Dunia Beda was absolutely amazing! The villa was prepared beautifully at arrival, and even the smallest one (which I stayed in) was spacious. I absolutely loved my room as it gave the perfect “deserted paradise island, but with all facilities” atmosphere. I loved the semi outdoor bathroom, and also the front porch with a view that brings peace to mind. As far as I could see, all the villas have full or partly view of the sea. Very good service, everybody greeted you with a smile. The area is very quiet, and it is easy to explore the island on a bike or by pony-taxi. Only minus is that it is difficult to swim in the sea at the resort, due to shallow waters that are very rocky. Bring swim shoes, or just use the nice swimming pool/ explore the rest of the gili’s as I did. Would definitely stay here again.

Bel hôtel en front de mer Beau bungalow en bois avec tout le confort Salle de bain à l’extérieur, seul le lavabo est dans le bungalow On a trouvé cela agréable Le personnel est très gentil Les bons petits déjeuners peuvent être pris en face la mer (pieds dans le sable) Nous avons d’ailleurs pris tous nos repas à l’hôtel,le restaurant propose de bons poissons au barbecue On y retournera avec plaisir

Liked the private room. The cleanliness and the majority of staff were accommodating. Didn’t enjoy how far out of town the hotel was. As well not a good experience at check in. The food was good and the breakfast was wholesome and filling. The front desk staff put us in a room with an a/c unit that didn’t work.

Super séjour dans cet Hôtel. Très calme, peu de clients. Piscine eau salé très agréable, et restaurant de la plage fort sympathique. L'hôtel se situe à 5 min a pied du spot des tortues.

Desa Dunia Beda was a dream! The resort's grounds were absolutely beautiful. Big swimming pool, private bungalows surrounded in lush greenery with spacious, dreamy outdoor sunken-in bathrooms, and a lovely breakfast with a variety of options. The location was perfect. Far away from the noisy side of the island but still close to many great restaurants & beaches bars. They provided bike rentals at a low cost compared to what you would get elsewhere (no haggle/no hassle), snorkeling equipment, and the on-site massage services that were incredible!! I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Desa Dunia Beda was absolutely amazing! The villa was prepared beautifully at arrival, and even the smallest one (which I stayed in) was spacious. I absolutely loved my room as it gave the perfect “deserted paradise island, but with all facilities” atmosphere. I loved the semi outdoor bathroom, and also the front porch with a view that brings peace to mind. As far as I could see, all the villas have full or partly view of the sea. Very good service, everybody greeted you with a smile. The area is very quiet, and it is easy to explore the island on a bike or by pony-taxi. Only minus is that it is difficult to swim in the sea at the resort, due to shallow waters that are very rocky. Bring swim shoes, or just use the nice swimming pool/ explore the rest of the gili’s as I did. Would definitely stay here again.
