Saya mempunyai penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan! Vila yang indah dan tenang untuk keluar dan melarikan diri dari bandar yang sibuk. Spa yang luar biasa juga! Hanya bilik mandi terbuka yang sedikit mengganggu saya kerana serangga mereka, tetapi tetap bagus pada waktu petang!

Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. The spa is extremely relaxing and comfortable with couples options that provide the romantic touch we wanted for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this place to stay over any other in the Nusa Dua area for the tranquility and privacy it provides.

We were firtunaye yo spend 3 weeks including Christmas.
Stunning villas, very clean, well managed. The team couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
Food was excellent and plentyful, afternoon teas were gorgeous.
The beach is a short 10 minute walk or you can call for a lift down if you prefer.
As this was our 3rd trip to bali we found our prefered hotel and if we do return for a fourth visit we will be back.

This one bedroom Villa that we stayed in was pretty comfortable. Good size bed though mattress a little hard. TV and wifi worked well and good availability of powerpoints/ boards. The toilet and shower were both outdoors which was a bit hard at night time. Bar fridge topped up daily but unfortunately only coke, lemonade and beer. Afternoon tea daily was included in our stay and that was nice- included juice or hot drinks. Breakfast was also included. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and food was fresh and tasty-meals on the small side. The villa pool was very nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
The only downside was an onsite wedding the first night which kept us awake after travelling from Australia. And the Villa next door was being refurbished so a lot of noise during the day which made it hard to relax in the pool. Location is great- walking distance to shops and beach as well as Bali Collection.

ホスピタリティ溢れるこちらのヴィラに泊まれて最高でした。 とにかくスタッフが非常に親切でゲストに寄り添ってくれます。 日本人のスタッフの方もおられました。 スタッフ間のコミュニケーションも良かったです。 こじんまりしたヴィラでしたのでとにかく人が少なく落ち着きます。 設備面ではバスルームが完全に外となるのですが、異国のリゾートと割り切ってしまえば気にならなくなります。 そこでリスも見かけました。 設備の古さはありますが、細かいところまで清掃されていました。 レストランでいただいたシーフードスープは忘れられない味になりました。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。

Our stay at Kayumanis was relaxing and lovely - just what we needed after "roughing" it in Raja Ampat. The villa was perfect, the landscaping beautiful, and we loved (and took advantage of) the in-villa dining/room-service options. The walk to the beach club was easy and there's a path along the beach if you want to get your steps in/check out the other dining options around the resort. We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages we received were amazing. One last note - their in room cookies are sooooo good.

We stayed here and at the Ubud property. Both were absolutely amazing! Villas are beautiful - with good sized private pools and outside showers that feel like you are in your own private paradise. Staff are extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice! Food was excellent - whether served in our villa or at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great service and good cleanliness of the entire villa. The place is very well kept. Working staffs are friendly and helpful. Mini bar, fruits and cookies are replenished daily; their cookies are very tasty! Breakfast is good, great variety, in room dining from the restaurant is also quality food. Only thing they may want to improve is the afternoon tea, too many sweet items, could include some savoury items. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely go back.

今回の旅行では、他のホテルに宿泊する友人との共同の旅でしたが、フレキシブルにニーズに答えていただけ最高の旅の思い出を作る事ができました。
施設は緑が多く静かなヴィラで、全く周囲を気にする事なくゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。
部屋も広く、部屋の中でゆっくりできる為の物が揃っています。
移動の面では、空港の送迎に限らず、ヌサドゥア近辺に無料送迎をしていただけてスムーズに動くことができました。
食事面もモーニング、ディナー共に非常に美味しく、満足感のある内容でした。
どのシーンにおいても働く方々の高いホスピタリティに感動をし続け、また必ず再訪をしたいと強く思う宿泊となりました。

Staff and accommodation were excellent. Yuyuan and Liau in the spa were fantastic and we had the best spa of all our trips overseas. Thanks to all for a great time and the lovely birthday cake for my wife.

We stayed here and at the Ubud property. Both were absolutely amazing! Villas are beautiful - with good sized private pools and outside showers that feel like you are in your own private paradise. Staff are extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice! Food was excellent - whether served in our villa or at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great service and good cleanliness of the entire villa. The place is very well kept. Working staffs are friendly and helpful. Mini bar, fruits and cookies are replenished daily; their cookies are very tasty! Breakfast is good, great variety, in room dining from the restaurant is also quality food. Only thing they may want to improve is the afternoon tea, too many sweet items, could include some savoury items. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely go back.

今回の旅行では、他のホテルに宿泊する友人との共同の旅でしたが、フレキシブルにニーズに答えていただけ最高の旅の思い出を作る事ができました。
施設は緑が多く静かなヴィラで、全く周囲を気にする事なくゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。
部屋も広く、部屋の中でゆっくりできる為の物が揃っています。
移動の面では、空港の送迎に限らず、ヌサドゥア近辺に無料送迎をしていただけてスムーズに動くことができました。
食事面もモーニング、ディナー共に非常に美味しく、満足感のある内容でした。
どのシーンにおいても働く方々の高いホスピタリティに感動をし続け、また必ず再訪をしたいと強く思う宿泊となりました。
