Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff are super professional and friendly, and also available at all times. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The pool appeared clean, and the outdoor shower was great. The only small minuses we experienced were some lack of eye for detail - room service failed to clear away a few items for the entire stay (2 days), and the hotel gym was pretty hot. All in all amazing.

Perfeitos para aproveitar na volta dos passeios, ficar na piscina e relaxar. Os funcionários são fantásticos, extremamente simpáticos e receptivos!! Everything at Maua was excellent. The staff was great, the room was amazing, especially the view. The food was really good, we tried several things from the menu and it was all delicious. We wish we had soent more time at the resort instead of going on a tour with bumpy roads and crowded destinations. The hitel is amazing if you want to just relax and hang out by the pool and have really good food

Hôtel à environ 30 minutes en taxi du port. Villa 2 chambres avec piscine privée, très bien équipée, literie confortable, mais manquant un peu d’intimité à notre goût car vue plongeante depuis la piscine principale sur le séjour et le centre de la piscine privée. De même, il manque un peu de végétation d’un côté, ce qui implique aussi une vue sur la terrasse de la villa depuis le solarium. Enfin, nous aurions vraiment préféré qu’une paroi vitrée givrée ( même si elle ne fut pas toute hauteur) isole aussi visuellement un plus efficacement la salle de bain. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise pour prendre une douche, surtout de nuit. Personnel parfait. Restauration correcte. Avons passé quand même un bon séjour.

This is a great resort to stay at, the room is nice and the services are great, we got a day tour from the hotel as well and we were served very well. Despite the hotel packages are more expensive than outside, the extra costs do deliver a much better experience and service, making the money's worth.

Kun olimme hotellissa paikanpäällä palvelu toimisi ja asiakaspalvelu muuten hyvä mutta kun kerroimme huolemme siitä miten emme saaneet vastausta ennen hotelliin pääsyämme hotellille kuljetus asiassa he lähes ignoorasivat palautteemme täysin ja halusivat vaihtaa aiheen nopeasti muuhun asiaa. Maua hotellin takia koko matkamme suunnitelma muuttui luksuksesta, hyvin epä siistiin ja vaivalloiseen matkaan. Emme ikinä voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään joka kaipaa todellista luksusta ja aitoa palvelua, sillä paikanpäällä oli tosi hyvä epä aito palvelu. Soitin siis kymmeniä kertoja eri päivinä 2 kuukauden ajan ennen hotellille tuleminen puhelimessa ja pari kertaa kun vastasivat niin ilmoittivat vain että kolleega soittaa takaisin.

L'hôtel est dans un endroit magique, très bien conçu, magnifique.Chaque chambre est privée sans visibilité sur une autre. Piscine privative. Par contre, le restaurant est bon mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur. Le personnel est loin de l'amabilité et la gentillesse balinaise et il est important de noter que nous ne pouvons sortir de cet hôtel. Le chemin d'accès d'un kilomètre est en terre non nivelé, sans éclairage et il n'y a rien autour. Pour ce déplacer il faut prendre la navette de l'hôtel qui est aux prix européens et non balinais et il se trouve très loin des commerces. Le personnel de l'accueil et les chauffeurs sont adorables.

Very nice accomodation with friendly staff, good food options and very nice pool and villa's. However not all of the staff speaks/understands English very well.

Kun olimme hotellissa paikanpäällä palvelu toimisi ja asiakaspalvelu muuten hyvä mutta kun kerroimme huolemme siitä miten emme saaneet vastausta ennen hotelliin pääsyämme hotellille kuljetus asiassa he lähes ignoorasivat palautteemme täysin ja halusivat vaihtaa aiheen nopeasti muuhun asiaa. Maua hotellin takia koko matkamme suunnitelma muuttui luksuksesta, hyvin epä siistiin ja vaivalloiseen matkaan. Emme ikinä voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään joka kaipaa todellista luksusta ja aitoa palvelua, sillä paikanpäällä oli tosi hyvä epä aito palvelu. Soitin siis kymmeniä kertoja eri päivinä 2 kuukauden ajan ennen hotellille tuleminen puhelimessa ja pari kertaa kun vastasivat niin ilmoittivat vain että kolleega soittaa takaisin.

Le séjour aurais pu être magnifique mais la propreté laisse à désirer !! La chambre était globalement propre mais la salle de bain était sale ( insectes mots sur le sols, serviettes avec des traces marrons dessus et les draps des traces de sang !!) Très très déçus ce cette hôtel !

The hotel was beautiful and the front staff was excellent but the wait staff in the dining room and bar area needs improvement.. for a 5 star resort I was disappointed . No consistency with our meals and the service was slow .

L'hôtel est dans un endroit magique, très bien conçu, magnifique.Chaque chambre est privée sans visibilité sur une autre. Piscine privative. Par contre, le restaurant est bon mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur. Le personnel est loin de l'amabilité et la gentillesse balinaise et il est important de noter que nous ne pouvons sortir de cet hôtel. Le chemin d'accès d'un kilomètre est en terre non nivelé, sans éclairage et il n'y a rien autour. Pour ce déplacer il faut prendre la navette de l'hôtel qui est aux prix européens et non balinais et il se trouve très loin des commerces. Le personnel de l'accueil et les chauffeurs sont adorables.
